    Honestly the last 3-ish weeks of playing the server opened my eyes to the lack of leaders the server has. To almost being banned/demoted once to actually being banned for a month (unbanned by the man himself) Its safe to say I'm no longer needed in the staffing realm. I've been playing this server for years now and weird enough I've only been punished towards the time of being an established community member 🤔 While it has been fun for the most part I'm making this post mostly to wish the very best to Cyber Sword and @Nutter of course, to hopefully repair the server that is clearly a hurting population for the "veteran" players and staff. I was planning on making this post after getting unbanned last week but It was halloweekend so I wanted to enjoy myself. A few shoutouts from my last couple months on the server 🙂

    Yeah my clipping software clipped a different instance of steam, I had alts on. I assume I had gotten the wrong id because the ones you were raiding with were copying other players names. My mistake.

    Hey man, mind sending any proof of the warrant for initially raiding the base? You and a few others were prob blocking the whole sewers and my base after attempting to raid us multiple times. If I can find the clip of the prop block I’ll post it in the thread. Also I’m very confused on these wild accusations without any proof backing it up.

    You twisted my words a bit here, if you go back I said “if it becomes continuous you’ll either get banned or just demoted” which I quoted from cyber himself because I was asking for help on this sit because this was a new one for myself. 

    With all due respect this is my ban appeal, not your spotlight to defend yourself on a completely different issue. I’ve heard many different stories now, none of which have been straight (from staff members)

    Not to be rude or anything but do you have anything to do with the appeal or? But yeah 0 context behind the assist anyways I wasn't near the base, I was raiding on my own.

    Would like for his comments to get removed to keep consistent with others getting removed. Thank you.

    This is the clip where juice had inside raided Recon along with a few others as you can see outside the base using the exploit. 
    At the End of the clip Tdizz assist with the raid meaning he was there when the exploit was being used. 
    I also have a screenshot of Tdizz and the rest of you in a VC together while this was going on. I cant upload so it will be sent to nutter since I’m on my phone. After the video was sent to me I notified cyber and Korn and a few of the lead mods to let  everyone in that group know that the exploit was still being used.  Which I also have screenshots of and assumed since Korn was in the VC with y’all he told y’all not to use it as it was a exploit- which I also sent the VC screenshot to cyber to back self up on later in case it came back up. 

     

    That clip provides absolutely nothing, I cant even be seen in the clip nor does me being in VC correlate with anything of the events occuring. So i hadn't heard anything about this.

    even checking over with detail nowhere in chat can you see me adverting assist???

    Yeah I had no idea that it was now being a banable offence just up until I was banned. It wouldn't make much sense for me to do something of that caliber especially with a clean ban record across the board on garnet servers. Thank you.

    Being that this instance was directly posted into the management group by @Chicaa21 I followed up and asked if you were banned by any staff member for exploitation as this is not the first occurrence of a complaint today against yourself ( @tdizz) with the first one being posted just hours before on the forums.

    I had a little enlightement moment and thought to myself "maybe staff haven't been enforcing our veteran players to not abuse this feature" and asked "was he made aware this is exploitation?" (referring to again, Tdizz), and got back the response "And yeah they were all made aware

    Hydra maybe not since he just now started being active" - indicating all players were made aware this is considered exploitation.

     

     

    follow up response from me:

    "Just to confirm before I ban who was it that let him know 

    i want to make sure Tdizz got a warning, because he's a "veteran" player"

     

     

    and got back a very vague staff chat in which there's a higher up discussion of staff going over the fact that the usage of this entity to raid is infact 'exploitation' and assumed this was the 'ok' that players were made aware in-game or through Discord. (may have been my own oversight)

     

    Hydra was one of the people in the base when i used it, I invited some people inside the base to come and see. It was my first time ever doing it, never been told otherwise. So unless I can see any facts against this just feels very one sided ban. These last 2 weeks have just been a horrible experience, strongly considering just not playing anymore and resigning permanently I appreciate the help though.

    I had done an "exploit" in a secluded area to test it out and clipped it because i saw no harm in what it was due to confirmation from Cyber sword giving clarification on what we could and could not do with the "exploit" 

    The ban is for persistent exploiting which i haven't done before, haven't been warned for it before either. Was literally my first time ever doing it. Would like the anonymous staff member to give their proof to further justify the ban.

    What happened? (include any proof): 
    Earlier in the day i was reported after being damaged by an explosive (milkor) and killing the person who had killed me. I was reported for RDM and provided proof for the incident, following up 3 hours or so later i was brought in a sit randomly about a "management decision" which was either I compensate the player for "killing him" which was proven otherwise with the clip i provided, or I would be banned or demoted. Not only was i shocked to see this but I had done nothing wrong in the sense that the player damaged me and i killed him with a "valuable item"

    Again the only "proof" the player has was his advert which i assume had 0 time frame, would never hold up in a regular report.

    What i found the most odd, almost clear bias trying to side with the player who was in the wrong WITH evidence.

    Even with "escaping" the punishment that should've never been a question, I was told off.

     

    This post is not made for a space for arguing but to just show my side of this incident that I felt was completely wrong.

     

    Never in my years of playing the server have i been treated this way, I have gained a mostly positive reputation and never been banned, warned, jailed or punished of any extent so to be treated like this especially by the higher-ups of the server, I was kept in a sit for maybe a little over 30 minutes for a issue that only has value because the player lost his milkor. I was told to give a longer clip which I did not have (again im the only one who provided any proof for the sit) aside from a screenshot of an advert which almost proves completely nothing especially when he was using a 6 shot GL in a heavily populated area which was next to a zombie event i was participating in. I was told that in the clip i was purposely running into his explosives which have a large radius regardless which makes literally makes no sense without any context of the clip (still considering i was the only one who had provided a clip.) Bottom line to get treated like this is new to me which makes me worried for other players who run into issues similar.
