With all due respect this is my ban appeal, not your spotlight to defend yourself on a completely different issue. I’ve heard many different stories now, none of which have been straight (from staff members)

Not to be rude or anything but do you have anything to do with the appeal or? But yeah 0 context behind the assist anyways I wasn't near the base, I was raiding on my own. Would like for his comments to get removed to keep consistent with others getting removed. Thank you.

That clip provides absolutely nothing, I cant even be seen in the clip nor does me being in VC correlate with anything of the events occuring. So i hadn't heard anything about this. even checking over with detail nowhere in chat can you see me adverting assist???

Yeah I had no idea that it was now being a banable offence just up until I was banned. It wouldn't make much sense for me to do something of that caliber especially with a clean ban record across the board on garnet servers. Thank you.

Hydra was one of the people in the base when i used it, I invited some people inside the base to come and see. It was my first time ever doing it, never been told otherwise. So unless I can see any facts against this just feels very one sided ban. These last 2 weeks have just been a horrible experience, strongly considering just not playing anymore and resigning permanently I appreciate the help though.

(include any proof): Earlier in the day i was reported after being damaged by an explosive (milkor) and killing the person who had killed me. I was reported for RDM and provided proof for the incident, following up 3 hours or so later i was brought in a sit randomly about a "management decision" which was either I compensate the player for "killing him" which was proven otherwise with the clip i provided, or I would be banned or demoted. Not only was i shocked to see this but I had done nothing wrong in the sense that the player damaged me and i killed him with a "valuable item" https://streamable.com/1s8xw0 clip of the incident. the message i was welcomed with while being brought to the roof. Again the only "proof" the player has was his advert which i assume had 0 time frame, would never hold up in a regular report. What i found the most odd, almost clear bias trying to side with the player who was in the wrong WITH evidence. Again a baffling response, that i should've let him damage me because of my money/rank? Even with "escaping" the punishment that should've never been a question, I was told off. This post is not made for a space for arguing but to just show my side of this incident that I felt was completely wrong. Never in my years of playing the server have i been treated this way, I have gained a mostly positive reputation and never been banned, warned, jailed or punished of any extent so to be treated like this especially by the higher-ups of the server, I was kept in a sit for maybe a little over 30 minutes for a issue that only has value because the player lost his milkor. I was told to give a longer clip which I did not have (again im the only one who provided any proof for the sit) aside from a screenshot of an advert which almost proves completely nothing especially when he was using a 6 shot GL in a heavily populated area which was next to a zombie event i was participating in. I was told that in the clip i was purposely running into his explosives which have a large radius regardless which makes literally makes no sense without any context of the clip (still considering i was the only one who had provided a clip.) Bottom line to get treated like this is new to me which makes me worried for other players who run into issues similar.

I dont know what it was but you decided to target this player and lie in a sit about having a base which you didnt. https://streamable.com/5a3vyn first clip is your RDM in a sit, along with admitting you didnt have a base/rdm'd him. https://streamable.com/xgfyu4 this clip is your sign before which you only placed to further target the player. Which dint say KOS so its invalidated. Heres the last bit of logs which is you killing him another 2 times after the following sits, I hold staff members accountable just as I do players for their actions. These were not false warns.

Yeah honestly this post is proof of the hype surrounding the map/update, It would be sick for the whole month but yeah creating the demand will be better off for server stability and growth.

+1 by far one of the best events, along with Christmas, would love to see it the whole month.
