Hey, I'm sorry that you felt that this sit was mishandled, i was called in by my fellow staff member to help him determine what happened in the video. From the POV i saw in the video provided at roughly 17 seconds you walked up to the door of the building while aiming a weapon at one of the raiding players inside, the reasoning behind the kill being valid is because not only were you blocking the door( you were blocking it there was a roof above the door which prevented an individual with jump boost from getting around you), but also the fact that you had a weapon out and were readily aiming at the assailant.) the physical base had protruded out into the alley which is clearly visible as you ran up to the base.

-1 Normally I would have plus 1'd this but after previous sits that I have taken with you I've found that I have had to consistently pull you aside and talk to you about the way you were conducting yourself to the other people. Combined with the video that frank had shown in your previous application I feel as if you simply need to work on conducting yourself more maturely in order for me to change this to a +1. You are a great guy and i believe you can be great staff in the future but I feel you have a few things to work on before

I worked with the administration of these servers very closely as one of their top admins in order to both keep the player base happy as well as training the new staff members. The biggest difference between Minecraft staffing and DarkRP is the fact that majority of Minecraft support rooms consist of cheaters rather then roleplay reasoning. before this I had staffed on a server that had roughly anywhere from 30 players to 100 from 2016-2018, I mainly worked there as the staff teams community relations guy I had decided to leave those servers due to irl factors such as school and work. On top of all of this in the gaming community i am also a manager at the restuarant where i work, this requires me to be able to deal with difficult costumers as well as running a successful team in the kitchen.
