+1 This dude has been active every single fucking day contributing to Tali and making all of IDFA feel welcomed into the server and his own faction being a LTC. His application has practically said all I wanted to say.

If Arches are still gonna be a thing, you need to raise them accordingly to a height where people cant hop on a car and sit glitch onto the arches.

+1 XL D is consistently active on IDFA and has one of the best outlooks towards his faction shown by his actions when he's warleading and his debriefs afterwards making the enlisted feel like they belong where they're at. The only other thing I would say is to beef your paragraphs to the best you can and stay consistently active. Good Luck on your application!

+1 We've had our fair share of disputes and situations but it always boils down to us figuring it out and moving on. Being in teamspeak with you is always funny except for the moments you blow my eardrums out. You're level headed and able to organize and be a good leader as you're the COL of 11A. I personally think you deserve a trial period to see how you do as a staff member.

-1 I've had plenty good interactions and conversations with you Rust and I don't doubt at all that you'll be a good staff member. From what I've heard you've recently came back though from a break I assume. With this being said I personally believe that you should get yourself more situated into the server and stick around a little longer as you haven't made a big enough impact during the time you've been back. I'll be 100% willing to support this once you're back on track and from what it looks like you've gotten off your Ranger Reserves and plan on doing. Summed up : I believe you haven't been back long enough to warrant being staff again.

-1 Seems like you've had a little shift of change in going towards being disrespectful towards others according to the responses above. You seemed and still are a chill dude from what I've experienced but you'll need to change that attitude and make another application if this one gets denied after you realize what you say holds some sort of meaning. Its clear you do seem capable in the slightest to become a GM but you need to improve relations as you'll be interacting with practically the entirety of the server.

+1 This suggestion would actually bring fourth a baseline level for RP that would genuinely give more immersion RP wise which is needed and would get players to stick around for these types of moments. Economy isn't the main point of this post but it would start being an actual thing instead of the only purchase being bunker decorations. This would actually start a genuine saving for money and being able to spend it on something reasonable instead of letting your money sit and not being able to spend it on something worthwhile. It'll also support people gathering up funds and buying out this faction when necessary. Everything's considered I personally believe this suggestion would push the server in a good direction with all of the other nitty gritty faction leader choosing shit out of the way and for new players It would leave a sense of awh with them seeing mercenaries like this with a motivation of money only and whoever pays the most gets the support.
