+1 Your previous staff app can't compare to this, great event ideas, seems to have good intentions and not only that but an all around great guy with a more positive attitude than most, really active(disregarding AFK hours). I have high hopes for you as future GM, 2GA is sure to enjoy the ideas you bring to the table, and even volunteered to apply since he's an officer. He's got what it takes.

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe as a moderator it is my job to remain as active as I’ve been on the Gmod server, DC server, and over TS. Communication and cooperation are my two main goals as a staff member. I’m usually up until 6:00 am EST so staff could benefit from this by allowing me to monitor with reduced staff on at the current time or staff that are absent. My primary objective as a staff is to retain order and enjoyment to the highest level possible. I want Garnet’s MRP server to be as enjoyable and RP-like as possible. I aim for newcomers(and hopefully everyone vet or newbie) to feel welcomed and at home at all times, because I’ve noticed an increase in disrespect, RDM, bans, and so on, this overall decreases the enjoyment and organization of the server. There has been an unfortunate increase in toxicity, minging, and MRDMing issues inside both factions, the overall plan as a staff member is to bring that problem to its knees. I find myself too dedicated to my time on this server. It's usually all I do outside of work, to include I only work 5 hours during the following weekdays, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I have a very flexible schedule and I’m always looking forward to helping people. I love and enjoy what I do on the server and the people I’ve made close bonds with, unfortunately if it comes to it, I'm willing to do what must be done.
