see thats the thing. loving and caring has dwindled so much over the years and its always "me me me". I get depressed at times and I try and cheer up my friends and check in on them from time to time. But it just feel like hatred has taken the world by a storm and people would rather keep to themselves then actually care about anybody else as if its too much to ask for. lost somebody very dear to me recently. other then that, ive tried to stay happy.

I think everyone is of the consensus that a revamp/clarification is needed or at the very least would be nice. If this suggestion is accepted for the revamp part I believe it will be the best option out of what I've proposed.

I was here for the last raid, and I just so happened to be inside by myself and stopped the raid. With evidence provided, you will see what unfolded. As you can see, BLK Saint Nicks first raid was at 20 minutes from the log check, and the second raid was 6 minutes from the log check 20-6 is 14 minutes. The timer for same base raids is 20 minutes. As you can see, this is the first raid of our base in which BLK Saint Nick died. You can see the time of the event in this evidence screenshot. All you've said is very much true, however this doesn't address the fact that now more often then before moderators always immediately say no to taking another clan mates sit, even if it might appear that no one else is taking it after a prolonged period of time. If It could be at least addressed to staff in some way without making it a guideline then it could go a long way to fixing the gap in the reporting system that's been here for a bit. This is true, however I've seen reports take 30+ minutes to be claimed before. I might've gave a tad bit too much head room for the whole idea, but its just an idea. Basically, it is. It would clarify that clan members apart of staff may take sits of fellow clan members whether reportee or reporter under very certain parameters.

Supervision would bring too much extra into the situation, and it should only be necessary should a clan member in staff have multiple reports against them for bias.

I see why your standoffish about a hard - or +, but I have something to say about this: There has been a stigma plaguing the staff team, in which clan members in staff feel too afraid to take fellow clan member sits even if nobody has taken the report after a ridiculous amount of time. If we outline whats okay and what isn't and how to go about it, or just outright denounce clan bias as being a thing then we can solve this punishing clan members for being clan members in that they have significantly higher wait times for getting their report resolved.

Description: I am suggesting that either the rule for staff regarding taking sits of the same nameclan people be removed or modified to be less of a punishment on the user and more-so an effective policing tool for staff in nameclans. So if it were to be modified, make it so if a nameclan member makes a report then if any people in the same nameclan as the reportee are online and responsive they must utilize staff chat to ask if anybody is going to take that sit, clarifying its because of clan bias. If nobody responds within 2 minutes, repeat the same question and if there is still no response after 5 minutes, the nameclan staff member would take the sit. If a reported person is in a nameclan, a staff member would have to ABSOLUTELY ensure no one was available to take the report prior to trying to take it on themselves. They would utilize staff chat asking if anybody else was going to take the sit. They would do the first two messages in the same time interval, but then they would message any staff members responsive/available on discord. After two different attempts at getting a non-clan member to take the sit they would finally take it on themselves after 10 minutes of no luck from that point. I also believe staff should be MANDATED to document any sits like these with video recordings and whatnot so they can present it should they get reported for clan bias. Reasoning: As it stands, there are a decent amount of nameclan server members actively playing. I know I haven't been back for awhile since my unban, but for as long as I've been back I have not once seen clan bias. Plus, the current rules for this scenario only serve to punish players for being in nameclans and thus they have to wait even longer for a report to be resolved. I have witnessed this firsthand, and it is not fun. Why should we have to devolve to forum reporting users for simple rule violations such as RDM, RDMx2, NLR, and so on. Forum submissions should be reserved for bigger chunks of user violations and this is just how it should be. Additional Information: (I know the nameclan "rule" thing isnt literally a rule but it makes nameclan members simply go "i cant bro im in your nameclan" out of fear of being punished. this just clearly outlines what should happen to prevent that)

You absolutely did not read the staff rules. On top of that, your 3 hours is NOT nearly adequate enough to be accepted into the staff team. There is so much else I could point out but I'll stop here. -1

how does it make the bank robber job redundant? you could then say the same thing about the plethora of police class jobs that satisfy the same functions and roles, just for different levels and with slightly different loadouts. this is an unnecessary change and one that will just overcomplicate an already sound system. the more jobs that can do the same thing, the more people that can be doing that same thing is what I say. On top of that, do you know how much playermodel files are size wise? Garnet will not be so willing to add more addons just to fill up the download size. I was told the same thing when recommending to add more foods to the chef job. For that reason: -1

yea but we don't know what the active warn is for exactly. it could be for rdm, it could be for failrp. this guy gets harassed by minges who are homophobes on a daily basis so i wouldn't be surprised if the lack of staff taking sits compelled him to take matters into his own hands. quite simply i don't blame him if that were the case. maybe if we got more info on the active warning a better judgement could be made.

Description: Police don't have to notify anyone in any way shape or form that they have warranted someone's base and do any sort of advert when executing a police raid. I believe that a police raid is no different then a normal base raid, other then the fact that police cannot keep printers, and MUST destroy them upon encountering one. Police raids can be falsified, and have ruined good farming runs on several occassions. I also believe police should only be allowed to use the battering ram on keypad linked doors, and not quickdoors.Reasoning: I believe requiring an advert of sorts would help make people more actively aware to such scenarios. I also believe that it would make it fair, as any other criminal/job that can raid has to advert meanwhile police don't have to. Not every warrant is a "no knock" warrant IRL, and it should be no different in DarkRP.Additional Information: None.

My second time around I was doing pretty good, and then I figured out about how to start bigger printer bases, and naturally I was tending to them. While I was taking reports fairly frequently, It occured to me that multiple other staff members were ingame not taking reports either. So, naturally I said to myself "I've already taken enough reports so I should let the others take some". And after awhile, and some people complaining about lack of reports being resolved, proggy decided it was okay to just raid my base that had a small gap where they could shoot through, and destroy EVERY single printer I had. My reaction was a bit childish, considering I resigned because I felt nobody else was helping on the team and I was being bulled into picking up all the slack that nobody else would do. Not long after, I talked to a fellow member of the community from a nameclan known an ExG. I don't remember their name but they had a JFK profile picture. I was talking to them about the incident in direct messages on my original 2016 account (Since lost to 2FA) and he said "wanna see what proggy looks like?" and I said sure. So naturally after seeing how he looked I decided to take it a step further and direct message proggy, saying they looked like a discord moderator and attaching their face to them. Nothing was shared to anybody outside of the three parties. What followed was proggy proceeding to say "lol" after permanently banning me and disabling my forum account. Considering I spent money on this server, and really had done nothing wrong up until then, I hoped to appeal the ban which I see as overblown.
