For children and man children to sit on DRP and call me a, and I quote "Slut" and "useless whore" I feel I and other staff should at least see small rewards which shouldn't even need to be IRL or any form of payments, other than just a possible promotion and a tag in the Staff Discord.
Overall thank you for the experience but Ill be leaving the staff team I might come back in a couple of months if I'm willing too but thanks overall
Sad to see after all these years the players haven't matured a lot of females who used to play ended up leaving for similar reasons
Then there is @Rosie who used to hang out with a group which is probably the only way females end up staying

By the looks of the ban logs you were rebanned for Ban evasion meaning (just assumption for this next bit) When you got banned for the mass rdm that was false You got on an ALT account (or have someone in your house who plays the server with you aka same ip,) They were online and you both got banned for ban evasion, Then your account got unbanned because of the false ban but the other person did not, leading you to get Rebanned for ban evasion.
IF that isn't the cause however You'd be the first person probably to get rebanned after an unban the reban via console

I recognize that many people on that day did in fact abuse their permissions on the servers, but though I resigned on that day, I was not a part of the continuous waves of abuse from past staff. I am in no way at all saying that I want to be back on the staff team, I just do not want to be banned on the server for something I did not take part in. Though many people did abuse, and I was on the server at the time of all of this, I did not take part in any actions to hurt the servers, as is is against my morals. Please consider unbanning me. Bio can vouch for me on this.

I have been playing GMOD for a long time, about a quarter of my total time played on Garry's Mod has been spent on Garnet. This much time on the server has allowed me to see what has and hasn't worked from both the staff side and the community side of things. I have been able to learn that not every situation a staff member deals with can be treated the same way. Some people you encounter are totally new to the game and have no idea what they are doing. While others have enough experience to know what they are doing, but just enjoy trolling and causing trouble for the thrill of it. Having enough staff experience allows you to tell the difference between these two and handle them accordingly. If you handle a situation like this wrong, it could cause that harmless new player to turn into someone that just enjoys causing trouble. Before I took a break from GMOD, I was the Staff Director on a American Revolutionary War RP server. This rank taught me how to properly manage a team of people and make sure they are all doing what they are supposed to.This past spring I graduated from college with a degree in Behavioral Science. This means I took quite a few classes in psychology and non-violent communication. I feel like this will give me an edge over other applicants because I have prior experience in communicating with players that may be frustrated and overwhelmed. These skills I have learned will pretty much perfectly fit the skills someone needs to have in order to deal with the sits that are almost always going on. Overall, I feel like my experience both on GMOD and IRL gives me an edge over other candidates and makes me an excellent choice for the next staff member on Garnet.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? When I first started playing GMOD there were a few servers I got in trouble on because I liked trolling around with a few friends. I never did any of that on Garnet though, I don't think I have received a warning through my 578 hours on the server.
Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I think the last application I made was over two years ago. I'm not sure when exactly.

You are a staff Member and from those clips alone It looks like you were baiting him into rdming and your refusal to give the full clips speaks volumes.
The ban should be updated to unintentional (just from the clips alone that you showed) And you should be punished for your actions of baiting a person
