The false report warn was totally invalid. The name its self wasnt racist, especially considering DarkRPs standards. If youre gonna warn for false report in this situation what would you do if someone made an RDM report that came up false? Would you warn them for false report as well?

Why did you wait a year and a half to appeal this? With no proof to rebut your ban then you shouldn't be unbanned. If you did in fact play porn in the cinema then the ban for that is permanent, therefore you haven't really paid the price.
