After thought, and Ethan's well-worded points/examples, I am going to +1 this due to my personal reasons on why I play MilitaryRP. Most of the time, I play R6 to get my realism fix in. I feel first person would give us all an opportunity to learn a new mechanic, actually holding angles, as stated by @Ethan. Semi-serious RP isn't really an excuse to have 3rd person. 3rd person is not an integral part of MRP because of the fact that there are real dangers for looking at tangos on the battlefield. A very useful feature to know that, I don't see anyone in that doorway; therefore, I know no one will know specifically where I'm entering there, unless they hear my footsteps, making grenades useful, however not integral. IE: Relying on a smoke (or multiple) to actually get on an objective, without being peeked for 0.5 seconds and getting shot because they have the optical advantage. This would also make angle holding more even because it's based on reactions. Obviously, someone watching a door way would have an advantage, but this would make the engagement more tactical, because having having the reaction time to turn to the enemy and killing them instead of the other way around could be a more likely outcome of an engagement. +1

It's safe to say this app won't get accepted. However, @DarkKnight put it excellently; just keep those things in mind when making an app, and you will have a much better chance at becoming staff. -1

The last essay portion was very shoddy. To answer the question: Why do you plan on benefiting our server? You only answered it on the last sentence. ... because you feel this server deserves fair staff members, but why? Why do you plan on being a staff member? I haven't had any recent interactions that would let me know of your character. I think the essay portion is a little all over the place. I want to know more about why, you want to help the server. Other than that, I hear great things about you. I don't have any bad interactions with you. Br0ken and mooper say you are mature and a cool guy. If there are any questionable situations with you involving bad behavior, I am not aware. And for that reason I am going to +1. Good luck in GB!

+1 He is very friendly, calm demeanor, and understanding. Pretty much every interaction I've had with Ghost(s) was pleasant. I can't think of anyone more fitting for the title of a staff member. I see you on almost every time I'm on, and I know you are very active so, you being on the staff team would be a big help to the server.

Not exactly looking for how you can try to be active, for that is given. As for why, we would be expecting something like, to make the server more fair; the parts about how there aren't a lot of staff on at a given time is entirely based on your timezone. If there aren't a lot of people on at said given time, then a tryout most likely won't take place. I enjoy our late night scribble.io, but it probably isn't midnight for you. My opinion is that your motives aren't noticeable, and your playtime is quite low, which would lead me to believe you still have plenty to learn. You could just do your best to be active when everyone else is on, which would probably be difficult, considering your situation. Normally I wouldn't comment due to a lack of interactions, but that's just the issue here. I would love to see you on more. -1 for now. +1 Has, definitely, changed, for the better. Great war leader, acts by the brotherhood code, and shows interest in being staff. Very understanding person, I think he would make a great staff member. I can barely remember his mishaps a while back, as someone who interacts with him everyday. Anyone who -1s for the reason of said old behavior, does not know the person he is now.

However, Ethan gave some good insight on behavior, and you could still learn more things concerning teaching/leadership, in which, I agree. I don't have many interactions with you, but all were good. In Luchers response he said he understood his misdoings and to quote, "I'm taking this constructive criticism and I will use it to fix my actions". Even if he didn't take the criticism, it is not behavior that would warrant something like, "Just bc ur KST doesnt mean u can yell at everyone yea"; not sure why that would make you think he believes he is superior to everyone. "and what if it was a mingey rfr and didnt fully explain" ; I guarantee a true minge wouldn't become an RFR, based on would it takes to be one, and stay one. The whole point of the tryout is to see who wants to progress in the Ground Forces. TL;DR: He already apologized and acknowledged his wrong-doing. You basically said the same thing in the second reply. There isn't anything to explain further. Purpose: This was just to clarify the seriousness of the offense for those who want to know all of the reasoning. My opinion is not needed much for I have far less involvement with you compared to an RU main, such as Ethan. Therefore, it isn't really my place to +1/-1.
