No, that means that mayors on the peak of the server would spam 50k lottos knowing people would join, that have millions. Maybe 10%, but that's also a stretch. Also, the cool down would mean people that actually want to play the lotto have to wait 5 minutes each, just because the mayor has to get cuts.

The biggest problem I see with SAMP is the playerbase on all servers going down drastically over the years and most RP servers that used to have at least 200 players constantly and a peak of 600 players, now have a constant playerbase of 40 which then peaks at 120. Unfortunately, some servers (like the one I used to play on) peaked at 8 players and sometimes got no players playing at all. ;(

I take back what I said, MW1 was amazing and so was Modern warfare 2, I agree that they perfected the genre in everyday, but the others like advanced warfare? Ugh, trash. Battleye support, dedicated servers, great shooting mechanics and amazing netcode. Black Squad is a military first-person-shooter game using the Unreal Engine 3 to show realistic graphics and dynamic visuals. Absolutely no Pay-to-Win. Which makes it fucking amazing. It's the only fast paced fps that I actually enjoy playing. The skins look absolutely gorgeous and easy, but rewarding to get. There's no unfairness in this game, all guns have their own play style and completely balanced - no OP weapons. Might post some awesome clips of me fecking up scrubz so follow dis thread.
