@nuttlover Have you read the staff rules? If so, put that question on your application with the correct answer. Secondly, why'd you title your post "Admin"? The format tells you to format it as "Ryan - Moderator Application".

You really don't need experience to read the message that pops up on your screen when you join. But hey, if you want to get possibly warned/banned testing out if a rule is present then by all means I'm not here to stop anyone.

-1 to both. I do see what you mean with the limits, however I also believe that younger staff learn quite a bit from our staff experiences. Whether that's dealing with trolls or other grumpy staff, they still learn quite a bit. We don't even have many younger staff applying and if they do then they usually get removed sooner or later for their behavior. Allowing these younger staff to join our team reduces missed reports and allows them to have an experience they might eventually give up on. Just my thoughts on this. Also playing for 100 hours wouldn't change your behavior, playtime is really only a number.

I agree. Getting millions should be an accomplishment, rather than being easy. Guns and stuff is cheap compared to what you can get from a printer. Hopefully you can make this work if you decide to do it. I'll be ready for this wipe.

Also now that I see it, I was being quite harsh to Theta. I also apologize for being nasty on Teamspeak that one day, I really don't feel like I was fair. I was feeling super guilty about the situation since I found out and I couldn't just let it stay. I wanted to play on the server without feeling like I was hiding something that could harm the server. You know? I do change my response about this thread though.

Would be nice to have client side communication but then the other base members can't watch it with you unless it's server to client which can be a bother on the memory usage. I would say that using TVs means that Cinema Owners can't do anything but then again, who plays as the Cinema Owner anyways?

I usually advert twice in a row so it looks like something important is there, it's attractive and works most of the time. But hey, I'm not against the suggestion all the way I just don't think it's very necessary.

It is valid criticism, and I do not ask of it being Denied. I gave my honest opinion for a -1 so you might have a different opinion. Plus the advertising part wasn't even the main reason I -1'd, if you would've read my first post then you would know this. Oh, and telling everyone that you're making an application and telling them when you made one is LITERALLY the definition of advertisement. That's advertising your app friend, I get it that you were asking for help but that's genuinely not allowed. Technically it isn't even your app if you are having people help you with it. It should be YOUR app and people shouldn't be helping you with it. Also, the rule states: Do not advertise your application on any platform Which you definitely did. My point stands and will not change. If proof is REALLY needed then I can get on later and post it but you admitted it anyways. Again no hate to you Theta but that's just my opinion. I've changed my response. Here's a positive revision. I'm going to +1 this because Theta is a very nice person, he has been kind and mature. I know that he has been punished recently a few times but I believe that we can shrug that off. Hopefully he'll end up with this position. Good luck.

This was abused once where a cop was repeatedly arresting the same guy (Prop trapping him) until we said something about it. Nobody ever gets teleported to the jails, always to the streets. One time, however, it teleported people to the middle of PD. That was for an hour or so. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] It would benefit our server by allowing wardens to do their jobs and make escape attempts an actual difficulty again. Some Mayors leave the lockdown on until someone points it out and it's very annoying for RP situations. My personal response for this one. When you were staff before, I can't tell you how many times you were toxic. Especially on the forums like good god. That probably explains why you got a new account though, pretty smart. I can recall one moment when @eXg-Buddha told you that you were cool in-game but on forums wasn't the same. Gonna have to give that -1 because I don't want a repeat of that.

I can recall some moments when you were being awfully rude to staff, so that's not very true. But hey- Who am I to judge? App isn't terrible but I still feel like I would want to see you on the server more and to see a change in how you acted before. -1
