But I'm definitely willing to easily switch to +1 If you could just add a bit more maybe lower the font size too to like a normal font size not really a big one. The player doesn't need to show proof that he was basing with someone. It's your job to show the proof needed. +1 untill the proof is provided

+1 Even though my opinion really is invalid I'm still going to put it in. Your in-game name is something you decide whatever happened in the future involving your in-game name is your responsibility. looking up someone on Google really isn't doxxing that's public information that anyone could find its not private. Do I think it was a little immature? Yes. but that's not private information at all it's something that's public it's something that anyone could find. I understand it was a very old account but it's still your responsibility.

I have been staff both on IceFuse darkrp server which really after the first day of being staff just wasn't the feel for me to and was a moderator on there Rust servers but that was just something I did not like at Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] In my eyes I feel like there are a couple of reasons why I should be accepted to be a staff again. the first reason why I feel like I should be accepted is that what I'm bringing to the table. as I said in my experience as I graduate I grew as a staff member I feel like I learned a lot, I learned how to be better through the times I was staff. In my eyes how many experience before you do something like this is always good because especially if it was good experience you can get back into it pretty easily less stress definitely. Another thing with experience is that I feel I 100% know what kind of proof needed if someone makes a ban appeal, I definitely feel good enough to know how to handle a sit really any kind of sit I definitely feel pretty comfortable with doing that. I'm definitely sure things have changed with the staff team since I've been here so I'm excited to really learn what I need to really know to be a staff member again. Another reason why I feel like I should be accepted is really just my personality. Throughout my week playing really I'm not going to name any names but I was once in this sit it was a report I made and it was a player who prop blocked themselves in a house really just to print money. The staff member took the Sit and he teleported to me and I could tell when I saw the player who prop blocked himself that he was a new player he really didn't know the rules well. The staff member who took it basically didn't talk to him just said "why do so many people do this it's so annoying" after he said that he just straight reconnected that person the staff member didn't even talk to that person. In my eyes that's unacceptable, It's unprofessional. as a staff member I understand that a player should read the rules, but sometimes maybe there's a person new to the game maybe there's a person who just doesn't understand some of the rules. now in that case they should definitely ask some questions but some people don't. but I still think it could have been handled so much differently. and I definitely think for newer players it's good to help them understand the game , understand the server better. Watching that's it really motivated me further to make an application because I want to be apart of those staff members that's definitely willing to help a new player understand the rules willing to make his time on the server a better Happy experience and hopefully I could do that for some players. I definitely want to give really every player on the server who's looking to have a nice experience on the server I want to really make that happen especially to the new players because there are definitely people on really every server that are just trying to ruin others experience and for a regular player it could definitely be annoying and something that is just not going to want to make you come back to the server. banother thing which is big for me too I want to really influence the people that are looking to become staff members, I'm definitely not that big of a trainer myself ,but I definitely want to help new staff members be able to do their job correctly, I want to lower their stress because sometimes being a staff member for the first time is a little stressful because there's moments were you might not know what to do and I definitely want to be that person to be there to help them, I definitely want to help them grow stronger as a staff member, I definitely want to help them grow more confident as a staff member. My last reason really isn't going to be defined by one word. I've been on the server for 5 years about and in my eyes I never wasted an opportunity. From all the times I was a staff member , to my time of being an officer on military RP. in my eyes every time I wanted to go for something I feel like I put a lot of effort into it. I remember the 4th time I was staff someone bought me VIP mod and they told me "don't waste my money". It's like a commitment in my eyes if I want to go for something if I want to be a staff member again and even if I get it I'm not going to waste it, I'm going to do my best to do my job on the server and on the forums. after I became a major on Taliban and military RP I really thought about it and I said to myself I definitely can reach any goal if I put effort into it. and my goal is to try and be the best staff member I could be and I definitely plan on trying my best to do that. In the years I've been on the server most of my bands are really just accidental, but I still think that I should have known not to do this I should have known better. From what I remember I think I had 2 Mass RDM bans on darkrp before, I remember having one ban a military RP for accidentally suicide bombing as Taliban. That's really all I remember. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I definitely made previous applications in the past I do not know if it's on these forums. I did look like a week ago and I really couldn't find it. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: This is definitely the big question mark for me, I remember pumping out no matter the day on weekdays about 5 hours 6 hours a day, weekends I would pump out 9 hours a day. but really being older I feel like I have more of a responsibility I definitely want to get a job soon as really I'm just focusing on school, I really don't know how much time the job is really going to affect my playtime on the server and really as a staff member but my plan is to really do my best to get a good amount of sits in per month to really where I could just keep doing what I applied for to be a staff member. I love baseball, I'm definitely a baseball freak, I love watching games I love prospects I love seeing how a player can grow. I also love music really when I'm home I'm always listening to music, when I am in school I'm always listening to music.
