  1. Description: 3 main changes to Sniper Rifles to appease the general population while still reinforcing our attempts to not make snipers glass canons. Change 1: Change Sniper Rifle movement speed decreases to match that of DMR's. That being a decrease of only 50 when being held. Change 2: Add the 'PreventQuickScoping' stat to all sniper rifles. Change 3: Addition OR removal of sway from all Sniper Rifles. Reasoning: This would in theory benefit the server by bringing back players who had left because they felt snipers were too slow. In turn to this buff to snipers this will make being a glass canon roaming the streets not be as viable. The quickscope stat specifically makes a sniper have to wait a second before taking a shot. Lastly the topic of sway is one for debate in the community as it is seen as either being too annoying, or doing nothing at all. Additional Information: Change 1: SWEP.SpeedDec = 50 Changed from a 100 speed decrease. Change 2: SWEP.PreventQuickScoping = true SWEP.QuickScopeSpreadIncrease = 0.2 -- increase the SpreadIncrease stat to make more inaccurate. Added within the same line below SWEP.ADSFireAnim Change 3: SWEP.AimBreathingEnabled = true -- true if wanting athsmatic snipers, false if wanting NO sway. Added in the same line below SWEP.ReticleInactivityPostFire Last thing: One thing that I brought forward to Jake but I have retracted from this post is the increase of 50.bmg weapon damage to be 150 at a cost of being 10 movement speed slower than other snipers. I decided to retract this since this would only effect 300 hp classes and the Riot classes, while putting a faction like MARSOC at a disadvantage with a slower sniper. I'm putting this here though to see if anyone would be in favor of this change.
  2. Description: This is a simple fix with 2 lines of code to fix the integrated suppressor on the Honey Badger. The current Honey Badger is not properly suppressed and still has muzzle flash effects. Reasoning: This would make a weapon that is actually integrally suppressed, serve the function of being suppressed. This reduces muzzle flash and smoke on the client view. Additional Information: [Code] Add: SWEP.FireSoundSuppressed = "CW_BER_HONEY_BADGER_FIRE" under SWEP.FireSound = "CW_BER_HONEY_BADGER_FIRE" Add: SWEP.SuppressedOnEquip = true under SWEP.Recoil (line spacing in between) Code should look like this after: SWEP.FireDelay = ?* SWEP.FireSound = "CW_BER_HONEY_BADGER_FIRE" SWEP.FireSoundSuppressed = "CW_BER_HONEY_BADGER_FIRE" SWEP.Recoil = ? SWEP.SuppressedOnEquip = true SWEP.HipSpread = ? *? are variables I replaced with ? since your(Garnet) files have edits to them.
  3. There is an entire pack of those models on the server and there is literally like around 20 of them. Also it used to be the Generals and best MARSOC would have Sniper and Commander to differentiate themselves from the regulars. Models are high res and with multiple people using them it can cause stress on lower end pcs. Especially since I am pretty sure those models don't downgrade in texture quality when you reduce it in your actual settings. Yeah look at the ones already on the server. There is 20 of them from the current pack and I doubt they would be removed considering cachet uses a model from said pack. -1.
  4. You were banned this year for cheating, though the ban was put through at only 6 months. Not to mention you also massed a less than a month after the ban wipe in 2019. You have consistently cheated on the server in the years I've played usually always with 2GA SKS and it wasn't until recently have I recalled you being punished. -1.
  5. This is by no means an official response as to how dono class guns will be. However I will say this, dono guns are nerfed as they are meant to expand your arsenal, not outright out class other guns of said class. Thus dono-classes will more than likely be on par with other guns of their class. There might be some changes to them though in other ways to help guns be unique.
  6. I mean, what stats would you want the veresk to have? if you want it how it was before, it would out class every smg and probably most AR's. If you want it to be in balance with current SMGs, then it would be obsolete and overshadowed by the VAL except for an aesthetic reason.

  8. The gun is ugly as shit, takes up half your screen, not optimal compared to any other AR on the server, 20 bullets and also looks retarded in the hands of a seal. I shit on seal mp5 on csd cause its recoil didnt allow for any long range at all with nerfed third person. Shit might actually be balanced in first, and if not then wow, a 1 minute fix to make it not as crazy. Only thing I dont agree with is UMP on medic and the super90. Shotguns have been used more as DMRs with less aiming needed and the UMP on medic doesnt make sense when u have the mp5 already and no other medic has a smg. +1 to everything else tho.

  11. Try uninstalling your map addons related to garnet, make sure your server-side downloads are enabled and join mrp.

  13. This entire change really did nothing. Actually it feels that shotguns are stronger from this. In addition to this the Neostead is gone from anyone who owned it's inventory and it doesn't show in the Q-Menu.

  18. I voted for the original Echov1 by mistake forgetting about the fps issues. It's a great map visually and functionality wise, it had a lot of depth and featured a lot more vertical combat than most maps. Echo I feel was really good for Objectives as it really pushed flanking routes and working together to hold objectives. Now, this does draw some flaws when we look at the current state of the player-base and server. Notably, basecamping was pretty bad on Echo. This spot alone could almost entirely stop US exiting from a single gate, and could only really be stopped with having a player sit in the base tower. Why do I bring up basecamping? Well its good to note for every map though considering the current player-base decides to rush bases within the first two min of wars, spots like this can be problematic, especially with how large the map is, making getting to OBJs longer than on charharikar(this is mainly due to the mix of mountains, water that provide cover but at the expense of speed). Another thing I'll note, that I mostly see on Charharikar and don't remember much on Echo is fog. Fog is pretty aids, all you need is someone at a cheeky spot at your max render where they have something behind them and you literally just cannot see them since they blend in with the fog. I think this is mainly a problem on charharikar cause of the colors of the fog mixed with the background (it's a lot of browns,blacks,greys). Also lets not just have a single post to determine a map change like before. That ends to a lot of 1 sided reception and not the full picture. I.e someone could really fucking hate charharikar and never played on Echo, but has played on CSD and has an opinion on it but can only vote for Echo/Charharikar.
  19. I mean throughout the vid u see him checking left and right on his way to ATTC 2. Sure him aiming at the second floor is a bit sus, but it could merely be him adjusting to hear footsteps correctly, explaining why he would be aiming at the 2nd floor hatch. +1 for the appeal.
