(include any proof): First things first, to clear anything up this is my ALT account. The only reason I play on my ALT is to receive no backlash and just play wars for fun. I linked the video below on phantoms evidence.
Im going to reference every part of this video for most kills jotting down every time stamp to prove my innocence.
So first things first I want to state that I play on a Widescreen monitor (2560x1080 my native, the blue lines are a rough estimate of the "extra" view I have https://gyazo.com/2353ce18359af54cd09abebc5d070091 ) compared to (1920x1080 actual native https://gyazo.com/9fa9222471c9cc0c776a0e8be30ed2ee ), so technically speaking i have an advantage over the "common" screen settings, so before you see my flicks think before that I can see further the the right and the left. Also to state: i play on a very fast sensitivty (DPI:1800 In game sens: .7) Ive played on this sens since ive started playing video games on the PC since i didnt know how to switch DPI when i was younger, i just got used to it quickly. Another note about my playstyle: i play in the maxed third person sens when i dont scope in so me looking into hills is just me using third person to the full potential. When you watch the video, as you can CLEARLY tell, i missed plenty of times in this whole clip.

1:40 Literally the only thing i thought was sketchy, i asked around about this and i was told by gildarts this was just a spectate glitch. In the end this "flick" had no impact (no kills).

8:09 Last kill, if i remember correctly this was phantoms last clip he saw me do before he stated that i was def cheating. The kill is nothing special, i knew he was there, landed then killed him.
Why should your ban be removed?: As it says in the ban appeal format "Warn/Ban appeals are no place for apologies, only appeal if you've been unrightfully warned or banned." So obviously in the end im making this because I strongly believe that ive been unrightfully banned.
My ban should be removed because ive never cheating in my life on gmod nor will I ever since its never came to my mind as something I should do, ive always looked at cheaters as scum to the gaming community and I would never want to turn into one.
I want to explain the sitation for those who don't know about it really quick: I was on late at night and was playing on my alt, I was in teamspeak at the time with phantom and many others, I found it flattering and funny at the same time them talking about "2GA PFC Stark" cheating. So the whole time i obviously knew i was being spectated, if i was actually cheating, me including any normal human would have stopped cheating or stop hitting shots, but i continued to play how i always normally play. Phantom in the end banned me and I didn't say anything till after the ban, in the end if I actually was cheating I think 100% of people would have just kept it a secret and not say shit about it but I immediately told Phantom about it. His response was rather quick because he left the channel not wanting to start a verbal fight with me but in reality he was somewhat childish about it at the start. I then pm'd him on steam and his response was something along the lines of "if you were in my position seeing a PFC with low hours with an orsis hitting insane shots you would ban him too" (Not the actual quote but it is something like that). In the end I kind of shrugged it off and agreed with him because its just an alt that I didn't care about, but now looking back on it I thought the reasoning was very vague to ban someone that's why im making this ban appeal. I hope this doesnt start more controversy on myself, like i said, i wouldnt be making this if i was actually cheating, all for an alt account.
