You have to be 15+. Also do /playtime (name) to check your playtime. If you do try to apply again, please put in more effort as your grammar and paragraphs aren't written that well.

Just like with Panini's report, it's very suspicious, but not enough evidence. Just like one of the Karmas said, +0.5. He shouldn't be banned right now, but he should still be watched, as that clip was somewhat suspicious.

This is a really blatant and obvious exploit but, the rule stated was to give a warning before the exploit ban. Edit: The likelihood of you hitting 2 richochet shots within 30 seconds is also very low.
