I would go into great detail as to why your ban should not be revoked, but I simply don't feel the need to. You RDMed tons of people with zero adverts in a very close span of time. You were reported at least 30 times just this evening, thus the "many issues" reasoning in the ban string. I apologize if you felt targeted by me, I have nothing against you and simply don't recall ever raiding a building for the sole purpose of killing you. (I was printing money in the 3D's base in warehouse district, only did a few raids and your building was only one of my few hits) Anyways, here's the evidence that I have. To begin - If you ever had any slight hope of this appeal being accepted, the first thing you should've avoided is lying. You made some pretty bold claims for a guy with little to no evidence. What actually happened, I was raiding you (not on the street) you ran into your base and then outside of your base. You still remained in the raid area, therefore it was not RDM, but a totally justified kill by myself, and the rules. You got irritated with me, began Mass RDMing relentlessly on the streets. In your very own screenshots, you can see multiple kills being exchanged by you and other players (in self defense). Your screenshot also shows a police officer making you wanted for assault, not only that but after you were finally warnstacked and temporarily removed from the server, you can visibly see a player celebrating in the chat that you were gone saying "thank god lol". At the time of this ban, I was a trial moderator and as such, didn't have access to the ban command. 1) This is why you were warnstacked. 2) This is why your ban was delayed. After the warnstack, I put your steamID down on a list to ban later. You came back shortly after being kicked from the warnstack and threatened to DDoS the server, after your buddy was banned for the same thing not long before. You responded to that yourself by saying "bro, why did you ban him? now im gonna ddos you". A moderator came on and put my bans from that night through, this included the FIRST ban on you for Mass RDM. He couldn't update it to DDoS Threats because he was only a mod. I had to wait for an S-Mod+ to be active to update the ban, which is why it was delayed. Ultimately, I feel like this ban appeal is nothing but a joke and should remain in place for the permanent duration that it is. If your friend would like to try to appeal, the best advice I can give him is to post it with complete honesty. Below you can find my evidence. After you were kicked by the warnstack, you can visibly see one of the many players you grieved in the streets saying "thank god". You can also see a cop by the name of "Pilot FlyingJ" making you wanted for assault. The DDos Threats, as well as me copying your SteamID to make sure it wasn't an impersonator. (include any proof): I was AFK outside of a guy's base (across from spawn) for around 10 minutes. I came back to my computer, the base was gone and I didn't see anyone in the immediate area so I figured the sit had concluded and action had been taken. The base was removed, the window was open (as well as the doors), so I ran inside to find money printers in the back room. On my way to the printers I was grabbed by a noclipping import gun dealer, who held me in place and allowed the base owner to shoot me. I had upgrades, preventing him from getting the elimination. Audibly in the video I have you can literally hear the base owner ask "Why isn't he dying?" while attempting to RDM me. I was jailed indefinitely for the reason "talk" (which we certainly didn't do since he didn't listen to a word I said), told me that I was being banned for NITRP and to stop "trolling and lying". Why should your ban be removed?: I feel my ban should be removed since I did not break 3 rules. I had every intention to roleplay, and was in the process of doing so right as this was happening. I lost a base with 14 printers over a triggerhappy admin looking for a quick and easy ban. I have over 130 hours logged on this server, and haven't been banned since one mistake I made way back in 2020. I clearly have intention to play by the rules and get along with people. This situation was entirely out of my control, and I feel wronged by the ban.
