  1. Neutral. I'm gonna have to respectfully stay neutral on this one. @WallE You're a great guy, don't get me wrong. You're also a previous staff which is a perk, but considering you just came back yesterday I highly suggest engaging with the community for a little longer before re-applying. Your application itself isn't too beefy, but is still effective. Ultimately leaving this up to my peers + I hope to see you ingame again soon. hmu sometime for some more apex, i've gotten better i swear.
  2. Gonna give my two cents on this situation as I was directly involved alongside @dmoney824 (and I'm the person who put the ban string through). *I should not have to clarify this, but I am not being biased/siding whatsoever with either party in this situation. I'm providing my view exactly as I recall seeing it happen in-game.* This was the second sit we had handled from HG Sigmund Freud, the first being the report he made on EatSnacks which also ended in a 2 week Mass RDM ban. The reporter in question was extremely disrespectful/cocky, however he was able to provide sufficient evidence to warrant the 2 week ban for Mass RDM. I've seen no one post it here yet, but the reporter provided a video in the sit of you, alongside EatSnacks mowing him down every time he walked out of the spawn area. You even admitted to this in your initial post and should have known better not to participate in this, even if someone else encouraged you to do it. Here is the video provided by the reporter of the incident You killed Trippy Hippy and Timothy alongside the 2 kills on Sigmund. Even if these kills are brushed off or entirely consensual, they are still RDM in an RP environment. Random Death Match; Killing players with no RP reason. Disrespect, mic spam, or anything that would not result in damage being taken is not RP reasons to kill someone. I do apologize that your first ban on the server fell under such a unique circumstance, however I do believe it should be taken as a lesson going forward. Two wrongs don't make a right, and as such both parties (you, and Sigmund) have since been banned.
  3. gotta agree with chris, staying neutral for now. fix that rep of yours mate
  4. -1 dont think you're ready to staff again
  5. You were reported by one of your victims in-game for mass rdm. You had no active adverts, 16 kills in under 10 minutes, you were only damaged first in 4 of the kills. Disconnected right as I claimed the report. and here's proof that I did have an active report on you by someone you killed before issuing the ban
  6. So this one's a bit of a weird situation but I'll try to make this as easy to understand as possible. To clarify, I had an active in-game report against you when the ban was issued. Covering this right now so no confusion is created later on. The report began with me asking the reporter (in this case, "jordun") who propspammed. He responded saying that it was you. This begins the evidence profile, which was carefully considered when placing a ban on your account. The in-game reporter's POV (evidence submitted by jordun) The in-game logs, showing your prop spawns. All 30+ of these props were spawned in a span of 5 seconds. This isn't too significant since you said it was a dupe, but should be considered nonetheless as you knew what you were spawning + had intentions of spawning them according to your own response. The job logs, which prove that you were never a job or class that allows building in the streets. Connection logs I got a report in-game a few moments after banning you from @Dan Gardner who just wanted to chat with me about the situation. He told me that your game had crashed and that you had proof of it and mentioned the LTAP being removed as such. I told him that it could be left up to the higherups when you appealed your ban, as we both knew you'd appeal it. He told me that he was trying to warn you when he saw the report get placed on you for the propspam but by that point it was too late... When I asked @Dan Gardner for any supporting evidence, he was able to provide me Discord direct-message logs of when your game crashed. Also once again pointing out the vending machines. These messages do somewhat add up when compared to your connection logs, although the connection logs declared you outside of the server at 2:50 and what's seen here you appear to still be there at 2:52/2:54. This is a strange situation in terms of what should really be considered LTAP. If your game genuinely crashed, it's still technically considered LTAP. This is being left entirely up to the higherups to decide if the ban should be shortened. I personally feel like this should be taken as a lesson moving forward to be careful what you're doing in-game, even if the server pop is very low. This entire situation could've been avoided by being more cautious with your dupes, while also keeping the other players in consideration. I would also like to leave this video here as well, displaying both in-game reports I got in relation to this ban. The first sit is sped up x2 as there was no microphone interactions, everything was spoken over text chat and can be clearly viewed even at two times the speed. (for the convenience of the viewer, and making this faster to upload) I also reloaded in console as the first sit ended, as my camera movement got locked up and I was unable to control the camera. I feel at the very least we should keep the main ban in place since sufficient evidence was provided to suggest the Mass Propspam was valid. Whether or not management wants to be generous and remove the LTAP, that's entirely up to them. At the end of the day, I was only doing my job and taking appropriate action towards the situation. Thank you.
  7. Not even gonna give you the whole runaround, straight to the point. -1. Not ready yet.
  8. big -1. Economy is already broken due to people with alts, we don't need to give anyone more ways to make money. Printers and meth are good enough.
  9. Neutral. (never seen him in-game, barebones hours, mediocre staff app) I've never seen you around in-game (not even once) and I'm on daily, also noticed you applied with the absolute bare minimum to meet the requirements. As I haven't seen you in-game, I haven't had any interactions (good or bad) with you so, staying in between and trusting my colleagues votes on this one. +1 you've changed my mind Nonetheless, Good luck!
  10. -1 Nothing but negative interactions with you in-game, constantly loopholing the rules, application doesn't stand out whatsoever against other staff apps I've read.
  11. -1. Typically gets himself tangled up in trouble, makes situations very difficult and although having high playtime (probably AFK'd half of that anyways) in my eyes he's not fit for staff at this time.
  12. Not exactly sure what you're missing, clearly you didn't read the entire thing. And no, you still need to have an RP reason. There's never an instance where you should have nearly 10 kills in UNDER A MINUTE with no RP scenario on-going. If you're under the impression that Mass RDM is totally okay if no one reports you, it's no wonder you have 7 POs alone for that offense. (excluding this one)
  13. Maybe not, but it's clearly meant to be humorous - I wouldn't fret over it. +1 nice app - absolutely deserves a chance.
  14. This was the night of 5/23 (or the early morning of 5/24) where I received a report in-game from a worried player who you killed. I brought them to a roof to figure out who killed them (they reported themselves since they were unsure how to go about it) and their response was "Jerry something". I proceeded to check logs and found that you killed not only the reporter, but many other players (9 total) all in the span of one minute. The only instance where you were raiding, was a PD raid that ended nearly 10 minutes before your massacre. You were never damaged first by any of your victims, and you left out of guilt under a minute later. This entire ordeal happened in the span of two minutes. That's insane. Kill logs Damage logs Advert logs Connection logs (you LTAP'd) Proof that I had an active report on you at the time of ban. The player's username is censored/anonymized by request - more detail below. You were on the server for awhile, openly harassing me in OOC/Adverts/Local chat for a good 30 minutes solid after a sit placed on you for baiting. This player had been active at the time and noticed your open and clear harassment towards me, and did not want the same targeting to happen to them so they requested to stay anonymous. (They did submit a report in-game using the /report system.) Here's one of the many screenshots of you openly harassing me in-game. Any player who was on at the time could see this. (yes, I am Tom Brady as per my in-game username) I'd also like to mention the fact that you have 16 total bans on our server. 10 excluding your accepted ban appeals, and 7 of those in total being for Mass RDM. This is NOT your first rodeo.

    Ban appeal

The only reason I find it very important to have proof of the location of your KOS line/sign is because that's your justification for all of the kills you did. Do keep in mind that KOS lines are only eligible to be inside of buildings (which you said yours was, so no problem there.) Whenever I checked the PD for the KOS sign/line, it wasn't there. The sign may have been deleted by the Police Chief, maybe accidentally pressed the undo button (Z)? And to confirm that I did in fact receive a report on you/had an active report when taking action. This entire situation is pretty unique, and I do understand the feeling of miscommunication that you and a few others may have noticed here. To my colleagues that have decided to resort to harassment/disrespect over their disagreeance with the situation, I would seriously expect better from our staff team. Especially those of you who are higher ranked than I am.

    Ban appeal

If you're able to provide proof as to where your KOS line was, I'd be willing to drop the ban. Otherwise - Kills Damage - no one ever fired at you first (besides ONE instance)
  17. Description: A workaround that stops the Mayor (or anyone else who gets released from jail) from having the prisoner model when they are released. Similarly to the upgrades vending machine's previous issue where you had to die in order to buy more upgrades, you should just be slain when your jail sentence finishes so that when you respawn the model is not the prisoner one. Reasoning: This small oversight can cause a lot of confusion during RP scenarios and has also been abused to hide job-specific models from unknowing players. (for example - The Mayor gets a friend to arrest him so his model changes when he's bailed/released, then changes his job with /job to hide that he's the Mayor role - FailRPing in the process). Having the player slain at the end of a jail would not cause any loss, as weapons and upgrades aren't carried over while jailed anyways.
  18. Unfortunately this is a very common issue we face as PC gamers as a whole. There's hackers in every single online-based game, heck even on consoles people can get hacks for games. No matter how many systems we or the game's developers put in place, it'll never be enough to keep them out. They'll always find a way around any system we try to implement and is overall not worth the effort. Just look at CS:GO, the Source engine engine games are especially vulnerable for cheaters since the Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) is simply not good. -1 | It'll simply never hold up, and isn't worth any potential stress it could put on the server itself or the players.
  19. I would like to start off my reply by saying please keep your false accusations at @Hendersonyt out of this report. This ban did not involve him in the slightest, don't use your beef with him as justification for mass RDMing. I was the one who banned you, your SteamID is STEAM_0:0:49605231 as also shown to us by @JazzaFoo in the post right above mine. You were banned for relentless mass rdming on the streets. You made no adverts, killed many people in a very short span of time, and as far as I'm seeing you have absolutely no defense screenshots whatsoever to back up the claims you made in your initial post. I'll begin my evidence overlook with this video of you Mass RDMing in the streets, which I recorded as a survivor of your terrorism. At the top right, you can see the kills by Joseff Ballin, your in-game/RP username. https://streamable.com/x0jx4s The screenshots of the logs, proving that you never adverted and were just freely plowing people down on the streets. You even proceeded to enter the loaded PD lobby and start mowing through everyone inside until you were finally eliminated, putting your reign of terror to a prompt end. The advert logs. The Kill logs How can I forget? Here's the connection logs proving you dipped right after. And finally, the Admin chat where another moderator (@Skill_Art) also noticed you were mass RDMing and wanted to make sure action was taken. To close this off, just be glad the ban isn't a permaban for hacking, considering those absolutely unrealistic shots you got from across the district with an SMG. In my opinion, I feel this ban is entirely valid and should stay in place. As per usual, that's for the higherups to decide based upon the evidence provided from both sides in this appeal. Cheers!
  20. This is very saddening to see.. Wishing you the best man, thanks for any good times we had!
  21. Because the logs use your in-game name, not your Steam name. Your Steam name may be "MrBigChungus" but your in-game name was and still is spelled "Mr. Big Chungus". If you have nothing to prove yourself innocent other than bold claims that you have no proof to back up, I do kindly ask that you stop replying until the higherups overview the situation and give their responses/opinions.
