-1 I have only seen you on the server one maybe two times. Having a good reputation and knowing people on the server is a big thing. Like Fonza said jump between channels talk to people on discord and in TeamSpeak. I also feel your paragraphs need more work to them. Especially with past staffing experience would expect some more and better detail as to you plan to better the server and why you would be a excellent pick.

-1 I see some mingy and toxic coming from you from time to time which is not a good thing when in a staff position. Could cause issues or you loose your cool in a staff sit which would not be good. Staff are suppose to be good role models and teachers for new player and old players. I feel you need to work on bettering your self and then reapply for staff but that's just me best of luck to you.

+1 Great past staffing experience always hear great things about you. Seems to be a great role model and fit for new players to learn from and look up to. This is one of the best staff apps that I have read in a very long time gives great detail on why you should be staff and wording on it is very good.

+1 Great application has got past experience on the server as staff so he knows what's needed. I like the ideas that are given for events overall really like the application but wish you went into more on your paragraphs as to why you should be chosen for the game master team.

-1 You advertised your GM app. Your events aren't nothing to special they are basically the same and remind me of intel raids an regular raids. They need to stand out more be different something we aren't use to in my opinion. The hide and seek isn't a bad idea for a event though.

+1 I feel this would be a great benefit to the server and could add a lot more rp scenarios that would help the server having ore to do. Which would make for some great hostage scenes. While bringing back intel raids and giving the new players something to do.
