Accepted Thank you for your appeal. I have spoken with the DarkRP Executive Team in regards to your ban, and we have determined that the clip provided by Korn was far from adequate evidence to warrant banning anyone, especially a staff member, of cheating/hacking on our server. Your ban will be lifted. Due to the severity of the accusations made against you, your standing as an active member of our staff team for the last several months, and the fact that your ban was issued by another member of the Executive Team, I have investigated the situation and passed my recommendation on to Nutter and Conway for approval. The result of the investigation, was that Korn acted outside of normal procedures by banning you without sufficient evidence. This, paired with recent events such as Korn knowingly allowing and assisting players to intentionally cause mayhem on the server, (by means of Cheating, Ban Evading, and Mass RDMing,) with the intention to disrupt players from enjoying the server. Korn will be receiving staff strikes on the grounds of banning without proper evidence, violating procedure, and failure to report/act upon players causing or intending to cause mayhem on the server. Considering all the above events, the fact that Korn was already demoted within the past 30 days, and one time previously, Korn will receive a removal from the DarkRP Staff team, effective immediately. Also, the above events will be discussed amongst the other members of The Executive Team, and additional punishment may be considered beyond staff strikes and demotions. I actually checked your Warnmenu prior to banning you to ensure that this would not be used in your defense! The incident you're referring to was during the preface of our sit; I force-removed the prop you were physgunning, and you spawned it again repeatedly, (I don't have any proof of the re-spawning, so that's not integral in this case.) You were not warned by me for any of these instances. Even if you managed to discredit me on one, even two of these instances of evidence; You will still have crossed the line of NITRP and will still serve the ban I've given you. I hope this clears up any further problems you may have.

Interesting claim that the reports were getting denied because he had no proof? Considering he gave me 3 different videos of you doing this exact same thing to him over and over again. Considering this evidence would likely hold fast against a mass propspam appeal as well, it should have no problem making NITRP stick.
