However I don't want to discourage others from giving you a chance. If my fellow staff members have positive information and view points towards you I may change to a +1. Below I want to detail some key things I think could be changed to better your application. Minimum of 2 paragraphs, you have only 1 and it's pretty short although straight to the point. You are 13 which is our minimum required age. Because I have not interacted with you, I cant personally tell where your maturity level lies. You say you enjoy swimming and basketball. These should be considered because basketball has a team effort and learning curve to it, being valuable to a staff team and community environment oriented around leadership and improvements. Swimming also shows that you have set goals to complete and achieve when you swim. Some people cant do laps others can no matter where your at in it you are always striving to further increase that goal. Goodluck man!

Yes when you said about being in netherlands I understood you wouldn't have a MOS. I am not calling you a liar as much as I was trying to clarify your information. From what it appeared your timeline made no sense and I would never ask for you to publicly display information you didn't want to give. Few questions though, you said about military training and having been in the military for the past few years? If you are 18 and if we considered a few to be just 2 years than you would have been in the military at 16? Maybe I'm reading your paragraphs wrong. Next you have the vac ban which was 699 days ago so approximately 2 years ago and you stated you were randomly kicked and couldn't do anything about it. VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and can’t be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation. In fact vac bans have detailed reports to the person they are given to and are double checked. There system doesn't ban based on you it is only triggered for the illegal software in your files actively while playing a vac enabled game. Other than this you seem to have good playtime and the ability to moderate. Good luck man! I decided to change to a -1 man I have some problems with this entire app. You said you had no bans and turns out you have 4 bans. You also say that your from the Netherlands and not the United States, I can understand that but to be able to enlist in the Netherlands military you have to be 17 regardless. There is no amount of pre schooling that just allows early entry. If the Netherlands does something similar to the US on a delayed entry program I can kinda stretch it but you said you have a few years of military experience. Your statements contradict one another and ultimately make no sense including you saying your stationed at an airport? Would you mean a Air base and be talking about Royal Netherlands Air Force? Regardless your age wouldn't be accurate to allow entry into the military at those timelines. The vac ban thing as well is not just a random mishap and are manually reviewed to ensure no error took place. The Vac Team have detailed reports on the incident and you saying all these things combined either shows your understanding is clouded, inability to tell the truth, or lack of clearly providing statements that can be understood. All of these things need to be corrected if you wish to staff. Again I wish you the best of luck to you.

Fair enough but why not allow the ability to just instant buy and also be able to drop ammo for others if needed? Also That's what I said 450$ is inexpensive so its not a big deal to allow instant purchases.

[ Non dropping ammunition for weapons ] Currently bought ammo is dropped to the ground and it can be a dreaded process to spam drop it. Some people argue that you can just key bind the ammo but that takes up extra keyboard space and could be solved with instant non dropping ammo purchases. The other problem I see happening a lot is people will often chase and try to seal ammo for no reason, I shouldn't need to hide just to buy some ammo in public. Ammo is around the 450$ range so its fairly inexpensive, I see this as a quality of life upgrade to the server if there's a reason to not add it feel free to let me know I'm super open minded to stuff.

Yea I can agree, I guess my intention is to find a new job or way of earning money outside typical printers but everyone's points are pretty valid and it would be better if this was in a cityrp.

Just want to post and agree that I definitely don't think people should take personal anger or malice and put it towards toddd. He's just a growing person and although this is a video game it's a very social one. I think it is very important to understand what our words mean. Going to chime in here and remain Neutral I honestly have not been around toddd much, from what I have seen where a few sits and a few times I have ran by you in game. You seem alright, I really don't know much about your past on the server and its the main reason I'm remaining neutral. Seeing how others have said you can be very toxic is hearsay to me unless I personally see it. I wish you luck now and in your future applications. I just want the best for the community of players and staff, and wouldn't want to see any harm come to them whether its drama or in game issues. I'll stand by others opinions and if they want to give you a shot then I will to.

Okay so I think garnet has some great things added already but I've been really trying to think of new jobs or opportunities to make extra money passively. I think when you make a decent base it typically has a few printers maybe a meth stove or two. That's about it, with the introduction of bitcoin miners it could give a new way to farm money and XP alongside your other base goods. Could also introduce a new job for it specifically or not depends on where this suggestion goes. As far as benefiting goes, I feel like adding new content is always a +.

I was half on the phone to get paramedics and on the ground with a AED to help the guy. Managed to get him up and safe and followed everything up with forums and paperwork. The point I have bringing this up is I can work under pressure and can have a positive outcome despite the circumstances given. There honestly is a lot of uniqueness about me and plenty I have to share. I really want to just grow and be a part of the garnet community. I played for a few orgs and did alot of competitive destiny and call of duty awhile back. Still involved in a few communities to give my input now and then, I mostly drifted away from the comp scene due to drama and allegations of team members cheating.
