I personally haven't talked to you much, but still sad to see you go. You are/were a great manager and you defiantly had an big influence on the community, and as well as on me. I wish you the best of luck with your endeavors. We will miss you! Farewell!

+1 - I've seen you on quite a bit, and from what other people have said, you are a good role-player is important to be a GM. Your global event idea is very interesting and would love to see how it would pan out. Good luck and hope to see you in the GM team!

+1 - Very chill and friendly guy. Very active on the server and is an easily approachable person. Already has experience being staff is another big plus. For those reasons, and what others have said, I think he would make a great staff member.

Suggestion #1 (+1) - I agree to this, Army has been suffering numbers lately and Marines have been exploding in population. Marines in real life are suppose to be harder to get into then Army, and seeing the numbers on Marines, it just doesn't resemble what they are supposed to be. Suggestion #2 (0) - I sort of agree to, I'd rather have it be a neutral option instead, where the person can pick which side they want to go to, like they did in the past.
