Hey all, I've been hella busy with everything (school, work, sports, etc) and haven't had time for gmod much so I have decided to resign from the Garnet Staff Team. I might come back depending on how things go and how I feel later on but I will most likely be gone a decently long time. (8+ months minimum). Thanks everyone for the help, support, and any resources provided during my time here.

Again, I was trying to explain it to you but my mic was on the wrong input. Either way, Rebel explained it to you 3 times and you weren't listening and continued to ask the same question again and again then complain that he didn't explain it to you.

Alright, I wasn't having a secret discussion - my mic was on the wrong input. Embarrassing on my behalf but it sets it to my VR sometimes. The reporter explained to you multiple times in the sit (TheKingRebel) what fading door abusing is and NLR is and you disregarded it. Another thing - I've been on a leave for 3 WEEKS, so I'm rightfully not in the same headspace for dealing with sits but this was still handled properly.

Not fighting this, I understood why he did it. He was really mad because he was being messed with. Please accept this.

Every single time you were brought to a sit, they had said they didn't have a gun out and 15 people out of the 50 on the server at the time is very unlikely to be in the street in one place where you can get them all at the same time. By the way, Qualcon will be coming in here and providing a video of the sit to show exactly what I was talking about with the base. But the fact you arrested 15 people in that short of a time span meant 15 people all would've had to have been in the same place, in the middle of the street with their guns out. Very, incredibly unlikely on this server. If it was the case where the law was JUST added seconds ago, then you should give them a chance to put them away (since i know that was one of your talking points) I mixed up sits, yeah this was a different sit, my fault. Also if you can just provide proof that they all had guns out or a screenshot of all of them with guns out, you should provide that.

1. It wasn't my sit, I was helping Qualcon with one of his sits. 2. You had no reason to go into his base, you arrested him for having a gun out and it had no proof along with it about printers and such inside his base but you went in anyway 3. You were saying 15 people in a short time span all had their guns out just sitting in the street. Log screenshot attached. Several reports came in complaining about you randomly arresting people as well. I put it in as unintentional because I couldn't gage whether it was unintentional or malicious. I banned you with no doubt in my mind that these people were mostly or partially randomly arrested. Qualcon had agreed with me that this looked like a Random Arrest case so we took it as such.

Gotchu Just want to add as a side note which I don't have a screenshot of but he was reported several times for this but I could not prove it every time. https://streamable.com/o4afmu Kills cop, Kills person recording, then continues to kill the other person that was walking around them (checked logs to make sure) 3 Kills make you eligible for Mass RDM. Up to everyone else if you would want to make this a warn instead but I was being pressured to get rid of him because many people disliked him for starting arguments in chat, killing them, etc. he was obviously causing issues and this is what I saw. As a note to you Goofy, I don't personally dislike you but after disrespecting everyone that brought you to a sit including me - I believe a ban is justified not only for the RDM but for all other reasons that were not included in it. I also understand you were not on the server at the time of the ban but you had just logged off as a sit was called on you and the reporter who I believe is 1998 Toyota Corolla, had provided me that clip.

+1 Has previously contributed to the chaos but I believe his word that he is "dedicated" and that he's been trying to learn and do good by people. e.g. a million dollar giveaway. Been nice to me personally and I think he could get along with the rest of the staff team, I do take into account the bans and warns someone has but I have been speaking with you and it seems like you really are trying to change and not get this rank just for the command perks. I don't know what else to tell you except for that a cop keeps things in order and realistically wouldn't murder someone instead of telling them to stand back when opening a door, they weren't supposed to know not to walk out when it was opened right in front of them.

+1 I have seen you in game a lot, almost every day which means you've been active obviously, I have seen you helping people out and you have no ban history which is commendable. You are very mature for your age, I would have guessed you were 15-16 by the way your demeanor is presented. As of this post - you have no recent warns as well that I can see which I can very much appreciate as well. Overall a good guy and a pretty well thought out application in terms of not just wanting some kind of power but also wanting to help the community on a step up from what you've been doing. +1 I've seen you in game a fair bit and we have interacted a decent amount of times. I would like to start off my reply with some good things about you. I personally take into consideration the amount of time that is put into applications like this and I can see you put time and effort into this application, genuinely. I commend you for being honest about your bans and warns and would like to say that I appreciate you doing so, so we all don't have to look into it. You have put a LOT of time into the server, more than me (though that doesn't say much considering my time right) which shows you are pretty dedicated to the server which I can ALSO appreciate. You say you'd like to spend 8+ hours a day on the server (somewhat unrealistic but I believe you considering your time on the server already). Now for the harsh(ish) parts of this. I take into consideration the amount of bans people have and more importantly the REASONS why they were banned. I understand RDM bans to a certain extent because late at night, y'know or before a reset people just let loose and everyone's just havin' fun killing each other and boom an admin gets involved and stuff happens. With that being said, the NITRP and Mass NLR (althought I'm not aware of the situation) I am taking into account and saying that you have been messing around with people a fair bit (which I have seen myself as you can see by the warn lol) but I'm not going to let that sway my opinion. -1 I've seen you on a lot and you have been calm in sits when explaining something even when the other person is being unresponsive. You did say you had no previous bans but as I see by other staff member's comments, you have 4, you have said that one was cleared so I will still take the other 3 into account but I don't believe that they should overrule anything I have seen about you and how you act. I see you have put time and a decent amount of effort into the application which is something I personally appreciate knowing how much time it takes to think of all of that information off the top of your head. I can't put my thoughts in to the whole military thing because I'm not 100% sure about it and don't know you enough to be sure about that but I can say that you have a good attitude when out of RP and seem to be able to concentrate on things when you need to, which is something you need when it comes to stuff like this.
