-1 US number is great, I dont see a necessary change to marine when it is probably gonna be a temporary boost with overhaul that will take months to complete. This is an opinion from a staff point of view, right now AFG side is declining which makes imbalance between US number and AFG number boosting mainly US side will only hurt the server more in the long run. Imagine US has all the number because noone wants to play AFG because of the newly implement US marine system than it will only create even more imbalance which will effect war time and PvP event thus reducing pop more after the "temporary boost".

-1 although you have reach the minimum hour for application, you havent build your reputation enough to makes me feel comfortable for you to be a staff, I like the fact you put the time to fix your paragraph but I am not sure you are trustworthy enough to be a staff and trust takes a lot of time to build. Maybe apply again in a month or two get to know more people and try to apply it again otherwise good luck to you.

+1 very active, great officer in army. Mature and is very willing to learn new things from what I see. The only thing i will like him to change is play AFG side a bit more a know more player in that side other than that he is solid and will be a great staff member imo. Good luck!

+1 Good app overall have seen you quite a lot as GB, the +1 is base on what your wrote in app as well as your activity. Agree with shax that you will need to interact with AFG/Tali side more to do your job as staff effectively other than that no issue from you and seems to be a good guy at heart. Good luck

+1 Some people say he is toxic which I have not seen myself. He is hotheaded or even being too serious some of the time in the past bu have since slowly improved. I think is worth giving him a chance to become a staff as I think he will learn something being one. I do agree that he need to know Tali/AFG side better but when I fiest become staff I have to same exact issue so I dont see why he should be denied for it. Good luck with your app regardless!

+1 Although I mald everytime he killed me during war, he is a good guy and very committed in 055th, his staff app shows that he has put effort and time in which is great to see. Will be a good addition to staff team imo.

+1, I seen this guy on pretty often, his on schedule maybe a bit weird(usually see him around 8pm PST or so) but I think thats a good thing as we are usually low on staff after 9pm PST. He doesnt really strike me as a mingey player and all my interaction with him is all positive.

Didnt talk to him much as he joined right after I left 055th but he is very active and seems to have no problem with anyone in the server could be a good fit as staff imo. so +1

I have also improved on building relationship with not just US but afghain which I failed to do last time I was staff with RU still a faction which I am hoping it can help if I do become staff again. The biggest factor for me to want to come back is because I only see a few staff on when I am on which is around 7pm PST- 10pm PST. Although there are not as many minges as pop hour, it is still an issue I see time to time which I believe I can help with if I am a staff. I am very friendly and approachable but have the ability to be serious when issue do arises which I believe is a good staff traits.
