-1 Although you have been active in the community I would like to see those warns off your record especially when making a application. Your personality is awesome but I've also seen you become a bit agitated in game. As a staff you need to be able to deal with things calmly.

+1 This would be super helpful especially when it comes down to the racism text screens and I cant see who put it there, but by making it where its removeable would be a life saver and you can see who it owns it. Win Win IMO
