Recruiters get compensated for every rank their recruit earns. This is to encourage more interaction between trainers and newer players with the main goal being to hook newer players to the server. Once the recruit reaches these ranks listed below, the recruiter of said new player will be rewarded. This is a new money making method, and should be looked at as both a passive income as well as an active grind players can do to earn money. It will directly encourage recruiters to engage with the people they train, as they will invest stake into them and look to keep them around the server.

And second, Whiskey, you are an odd one. My personal interactions with you aside, it is no secret that you are not very liked in the community as of recent. Speaking from my own anecdotal experience, just a few months ago you manipulated me into thinking we were cool so you could get teamspeak roles. You then 2 days later attempt to get me removed from staff because I used noclip to get unstuck during an event
. I am open to second chances, but I would like to see some more activity from you in a faction before you get GM. We already unbanned you with the intention that you would become more active, but I haven't seen a notable amount.

DeniedFirst, currently in the server state we can barely fill up all of our core factions. If anything, this change would take from the already shrinking numbers from our current factions. This would have been considered if this suggestion received more support from the community, however the people who actively seek out and main MP spreads far and thin. It was created by Krim originally as a sub-faction, and allowing them to go into war would stray too far from its original purpose. The problem with MP doesn't lie in the fact that they cant go to war, its that currently there is no RP on the server. If there was RP, MP would serve a larger purpose for base security and intel RP.

Conceptually, rappelling is a great idea and on paper seems like a great addition to the server. However, after some testing with this SWEP it appears it can be abused very easily, as it is akin to more of a Spider-Man SWEP that can be used to access normally unreachable areas. If an add-on that has a good rappel functionality is found, feel free to re-suggest it any time.

Taliban is synonymous with AFG on this server. They are interchangeable for the most part, and when it concerns the rules you should know that any mention of the Taliban is used as an umbrella term for AFG. You can ask anyone and everyone on AFG, we all recognize this rule. Your misinterpretation doesn’t give you a free pass on avoiding the consequences.

Although the decision to jump ship to another server was pretty rash, you took full accountability for that decision and I am happy that you're back. Solely from the fact that you have shown an unprecedented amount of commitment and work ethic for this server, we need you on the staff team.
