-1 He's 100% lying about age. if you have seen him talk in game you would know He's probably at least 13-12. I've found him scamming at spawn too (saying he will give you a gun for 5 mill, then refusing to drop the gun, this didn't happen to me but to a dude i know) and he pulls a fake Russian accent pretending to be a Russian communist despite never setting foot in any Russian territory, ever. dont think he would be good for staff, probably just abuse his power.

sometimes, its just good to have someone to talk to, they dont even have to have that much depth in their replies, they only really need to listen sometimes man. i dont really know how to describe it, i guess its just calming knowing someone is actually listening to you and caring about you, you know?
