Your leadership and responsibilities as Mace Windu has definitely shown your growth since your past mistakes. Whether in game or not you have shown you can handle tense situations in a mature manner. Would love to see you on the team.

I’d have to say -1. I have a lot of experience in management and I must say a huge turnoff is always a lack of confidence in an applicant. If you don’t firmly believe you want this job or deserve it then I won’t get the best out of you. The moderator staff team currently doesn’t need more staff members and you need some more experience and confidence in yourself.

+1 for me. Missa is very active and a polite individual. However, if you were to become staff you must be careful on going afk. If you are accepted we ask that staff does not afk while one duty, so heads up. I can vouch for Missa and say I have never seen them minge or be rude towards an individual rather the exact opposite. Missa could be a nice additional to the moderation team. Also, like @WUBWUBsaid, please look into medal.tv. It's a quick and easy installation to record your gameplay.

+1 floods wonderful event ideas in the disc server and does hop on the server as a CT during some events. would make a great GM!
