However, I would like to know more about your ban before I confirm my +1. What was the ban for and when was it? + Familiar face in the tali community as of recent. + Lots of hours and previous staff member. -/+ Haven't seen you interact with US side all that much - besides with me. - Your ban is a red flag. I like the manager referral as well. + I've had good interactions with you, but I feel like that could've been because I was your leader in GB. +/- Active, but not a familiar face to the community. +/- The manager referral means a lot, but I'd still like to see a diversity in referrals. Some from US, some from Tali. - I do believe you could have more interactions with the other factions outside of US. - You don't have enough hours to prove what kind of role model or leader you'd be. I'm going to remain neutral on this, but leaning more towards the +1 side. I believe you'd do a good mod, but I haven't seen too much interaction with the community outside of US, GB, Rangers, and 1RB. Interact more with the other factions on the discord, teamspeak, and in-game. The low hour count doesn't really matter that much to me.

Let me help you out by giving you some questions to answer to beef up your paragraphs: - What was the warn for? What were the circumstances? Did you learn from your warn? When was it? - What about GG milRP makes you want to become staff? - Are you in school? Job? (Don't need specifics, just give us an idea of what you do.) +1 Carlman is, by far, the most loyal player on the server. I have always seen him doing the most he can for his faction. All those times he tried out for other factions don't count cause he was just playing around. He would never leave GB until he gets COL and even then he might hold down COL for the rest of his existence. Carlman is, by far, the most dutiful player on the server. He always runs up on stage after war to display his leadership position and to yell at other 11B/A for not trying hard enough. He always holds tryouts and always wants to attempt simulations with better players so he can get better. Carlman is, by far, the most respectable player on the server. He always RP's to the best of his abilities and never leaves any room for assumption. He carries a reputable name and makes GB shine like a crystal. Carlman is, by far, the most selfless player on the server. He doesn't play for K/D ratio, he'd rather go 0/100 just to make sure the enemy is having a great time. He's broke af because he gives all his money away to the poor players of the server. Carlman is, by far, the most honorable player on the server. He has always gone out of his way to ensure that GB is the best faction in the game and never lets anyone say differently. Carlman has, by far, the most integrity in the server. He always owns up to his mistakes and never lies to try to make himself look better. Carlman is, by far, the most courageous player in the server. He never backs down from a challenge. He always speaks his mind and is not afraid of the naysayers.

+1 Yero has always been a player that is easy to get along with. While I was handling his reports, he never includes any personal bias and only abides by the server rules. I have never seen him get reported for anything. He has only passed the minimum requirement for staff by 2 hours, but I believe he is mature with his age and past experience. Hours on the server doesn't matter that much to me because we have players with 3000 hours that have a list of warns and are not mentally mature. The schedule that Yero presented is incredibly active. Being able to dedicate that much time to the server is a huge green flag in my eyes. I've seen him on very often, too.

Neutral I don't know you well enough to give you a +1, but that doesn't mean I don't like you. I just haven't had the time to get to know you. In my opinion, your paragraphs are a bit incomplete and, albeit it was two years ago, the toxicity ban is a red flag. +1 I gave Arma my referral because he's always kept his cool. He has experience with being a staff and has never hesitated to ask me questions when he was in GB. I think he'd be a great addition to the staff team.

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] While I don't have any recent experience of being a moderator on Garry's Mod, I am an E-4 (Specialist) in the US Army Reserves. Standards and discipline is my motto and I uphold the army values (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage). My most recent moderator experience on Gmod was roughly 10 years ago in Render's Roleplay - I was a super admin. I handled everything from petty squabbles to exploits/hacking and moderating forums. As a staff member, I will assume more responsibility and invest more of my free time into GG. I'll be more than happy to assist players hosting tryouts/training (doing teleports and switching roles) as I have been in this position before and know how frustrating it can be. Listening to player's questions, comments, and grievances would be no problem for me as I find myself to be more of a mediator than an instigator, especially in real-life situations. Helping those who want or ask for help is rewarding to me because I have made a player's experience in the server better. Honestly, I joined GG with an army buddy of mine back in summer 2022 to joke around, but I found that I really liked the community and decided to take it more seriously.
