Although your ideas are fine, your behaviour in the server has still yet to improve more, recently you were encouraging someone to say slurs (even though they were asking for a ban we don't encourage someone to say slurs, period) then in some events you still have a bit of mingy behaviour that i have personally seen, not a lot but is still there. -1 from me till i see a better improvement in your conduct, all i can say is, you're on the right path but you're not quite there yet.

Well i have good experience with you in the battalion, you always helping around, taking care of it as XO and such, making sure things are going smooth and no issues are being caused, you have previous experience as Staff member, i see no issue with you swapping over to staff. +1 from me.

Your recent behaviour in the server has been questionable, arguing with GM director during an on-world for something we ALL saw you do, minging during events to the point people started complaining about you ruinin their experience. The idea of "liven up the server in the morning" makes no sense since if you want to do that you should apply for GM. The slurs issue happened literally yesterday, the guy was muted to prevent the spam while someone was handling the ban, he got permanently banned so i don't know what you're talking about, plus the person kept coming back with multiple accounts which also got banned. Your age is a big issue for me personally, you're a kid and i don't think you can handle such position with maturity specially with what i just stated in the beginning. -1.

You've been pretty active in the server, my interactions with you has been pretty chill, during your time in 212th you've been active, you do good RP and have respected the rules by staying out of trouble. You have past experience that's a plus, i like your application overall, is well written. One thing, i would be careful with staying AFK as we require our staff members to keep an eye on the server while on duty. +1 from me.

The application seems good, events are alright, nothing big, but other than that they are pretty straight forward and the ideas are there, just needs to expand them more in my opinion. You've also been active in the server during your time in 501st and now as CG and stayed out of troubles. +1 from me.

You were giving multiple warnings in the past, you got reprehended for it, you continued with the behaviour despite the chances you were given and you threw that away. It wasn't the first time you said such word. Also i don't sense a sincere apology in your appeal and the lack of effort put into it makes me give you a -1.

Octo is a very active and respected member in the server, think couple of the events are way too short but the general idea is there and i think with proper guidance and help they can become something better and bigger. +1

-1 from me, you're fairly new to the community, your experience here is basically none, lack of effort in your application, don't meet the minimun playtime. My suggestion is, get to know the community better, get yourself known as well, be polite, friendly, keep respecting the rules and overall just have fun, don't be discourage by this, best you can do is take the constructive criticism and improve from here.
