As Errol mentioned, there is a suspicion of this being written by AI. Considering this is an image and can't be tested for AI usage, I have gone through the creative liberty to type the entirety of your application into an AI Checker. Results say 100% AI Generated Text. Yikes...-

Errol has helped you correct the mistakes you've made in your application (adding discord username and Steam ID). However your paragraphs are lacking quite a lot with it only making up 3 sentences. The only thing I could gather from your sentences is that you can get on at a time when staff aren't online. There is nothing else explaining why you should be chosen as staff or other qualities that help you stand out. Unfortunately these paragraphs aren't beefy enough for me to consider a higher rating. Whenever the server restarts and we get free printer upgrades, I usually start a timer for 30 minutes to see how much time is left (It's only if I get on immediately after restart). Sometimes I'll join late and I'll be more than minutes off to how much time is left. This is a nice QoL update that I'm surprised hasn't been thought of yet. -

I'm not a big meth cooker, tho I do know friends who do meth cooking a lot and due to the recent crashes they end up losing big amounts of meth. Would be a simple QoL change for anyone who mains meth. -

Buster already carries a lot of weight, and as he's mentioned in his response, you've been minging in-game for the past week or so. Your application is great with no other issues. Although I didn't interact with you that much, I did like the events you did which kept me and many others entertained when the server gets quiet. Reviewing many things from your past here as staff, it shows from the start you've always had a great desire to help this community and such acts have not gone unnoticed. The impact you've made on this server has surely reflected on the rise of the new staff team. Sad I didn't talk to you that much, and it's sad as well to see you go. Past experiences as staff: While I lack direct staff experience in DarkRP or Garry's Mod, I do have experience in moderating multiple Discord communities, each with over thousands of active members. Although these two differ from one another, I believe many of the skills I've developed are transferable and applicable here.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
I should be chosen over other applicants because I have the maturity, knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication that is needed to become a staff member of the DarkRP Staff Team. Nearly 5 years ago, I joined the Garnet Gaming DarkRP server, primarily because it was one of the few servers my computer could handle at the time. I'd play on the server every now and then, either just wandering around or goofing off. As of last year, I gradually found myself playing more, and over time, I became attached to the community. The beginning of this year, in particular, sparked my desire to become a staff member, engaging with the community, helping new players, and understanding all the aspects of the server.
I believe I have a trait that is important for all staff members to have, good communication. Good communication is integral when taking sits, as it involves informing players of why they're being reported, how it will be addressed, and what actions will be taken. Another important trait that I have is efficiency, taking a sit that has been made recently to ensure it's being dealt with quickly. There have been multiple instances where I don't see sits being taken for a long time, despite there being staff online. Maturity is another important trait that I have, as it enables me to approach sits with a level headed perspective, exclude any forms of bias, and handle sits calmly and responsibly. I'm able to build goodwill among other staff members, ensuring that any decisions are collectively agreed upon while working together.
To conclude, the qualities and traits I've mentioned are integral reasons as to why I should be chosen as a staff member. My commitment to ensuring rules are followed, promoting a positive and enjoyable experience for all players, and serving as a positive role model for others. I am eager to contribute to the server as a staff member and uphold the values that make Garnet Gaming the fun and enjoyable server that we all know and love.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: Yes, Mass RDM + LTAP (2020-05-24), Mass NLR (2020-05-24). Now I completely understand that these bans are raising up red flags, however these bans are nearly 4 years old. I believe it has been a huge amount of time by then to know the rules and learn from prior mistakes. I have made sure to avoid getting into trouble, and have kept a clean record since then.
Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No, this is my first staff application.How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 5-8 hours weekdays, and 11-14 hours weekends.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Aside from Garry's Mod and other video games, I'm into graphic design, photography, and nerd out about music too much, I also play piano (hoping to pick up guitar soon).

You only have 1 paragraph which needs to be beefed up, you posted your steam profile instead of steam ID, you didn't read the staff rules either, 200 hours and I've never seen you in-game so I can't really form an opinion on any interactions. If these problems get fixed then maybe I'll change my vote. Good Luck!! -

Firstly, you did not put in your actual steam ID, you have not read the staff rules (even though you've supposedly read them twice), your paragraphs are lacking and only consists of 4 unstructured sentences that seem poorly written. The warns are questionable, you still have active warns regardless. There's room for a lot of improvement here. Good Luck!!

You beefed up your paragraphs to fit the minimum requirement which is good!! You also put in the right steam ID and have read the staff rules. You fixed your mistakes and improved on the feedback you were given.
