Most importantly is the bans not listed in this application and the use of AI-generated content for the section "Why should we choose you over other applicants?". I used 3 different sites and found that your sentences, while short, contain 100% AI-generated text. At the age of 14, you would possess exceptional writing skills if you truly wrote those sentences. I would like to know why you did not list your bans. Most of us are understanding and would let it pass if you listed them and gave us the reason behind the punishment and what steps you've taken to prevent them in the future. You state that you were prior staff on another server and have played our server for a decent amount of time. Can you elaborate on how you received two warnings and what steps you're taking to ensure you don't make the same mistake again? I would look past them if you expanded on them and tell us how you have improved. Secondly, the paragraphs are technically two total (8 sentences with 4 per paragraph if you count the minimum) but the content is fairly weak. Many people are making point that they won't like this change because it's not "Vanilla". I believe that having a seamless system would outweigh the non-vanilla aspect partly due to the fact it would be more natural to buy a property or claim a building for a base. Is this change necessary? No, absolutely not. Would it be nice to have? Yes! Personally, I think the server needs a bit of change to keep up with the growing community and a few quality-of-life changes could help solve this issue. Overall I give it my vote. +1

Please update your post to have the proper Steam ID, I believe yours is STEAM_0:0:194356690 but please double-check. You meet the requirements for the age and hours but you will need the ability to speak in-game or on Discord if necessary. The recording issue is an easy fix, I'd recommend Medal or OBS/Streamlabs OBS (both free), but you need to be able to record gameplay or clip footage. I would like to know more about you and what characteristics you have and what separates you from the other applicants (basically just include more information). If you can update your application to include these that would be great. For now, I will withhold judgment.

I would like to know a bit more about you since I haven't been around recently. What kind of characteristics do you bring that would be beneficial to the team?, I would like you to tell us about yourself and what interests you or motivates you to want to do this (Please don't take that as negative feedback). You meet all of the requirements with the exception of the age being 1 year lower than we accept, but as long as the higher-ups approve, I approve as well. As for the warn, I would say it's an easy fix, please make sure to thoroughly read all the rules to avoid getting into those scenarios. I see from past replies that initially you did not read the Staff Rules but it seems you have fixed it and I won't fault you for it. I am leaning towards neutral. As long as everyone else is good with it, let's give him a shot to prove himself.
