Reason one is that you have been playing for an extremely long time and have more experience than most people on the Staff team. I have no doubt that you've seen it all seeing as you were a Director and Manager at one point. I have also seen you on quite a lot and helping other players by giving tips. You also keep the server population high at times after a crash (which we all greatly appreciate). The only neutral aspect of this was the warn which I issued a few days ago for diss in ooc but that's understandable and I can easily look past it. The first reason moving down the application is Age, like other state, if we don't know how old you are then how can we expect to take the application seriously, we have no idea if you meet the requirements. We aren't asking for your birthday, or where you live, or anything that might be considered "private information". The second part is the no mic, if you can't communicate effectively, it will greatly hinder you. It is required during the onboarding that you respond quickly and effectively via voice chat. The third part is for your recent ban on 1/6/2025 for FailRP+LTAP, at the time you posted this application it had barely been a week since you received that ban. Along with the third part is your active warns, you have received three warns barely under 2 weeks into 2025 by 3 different staff members. (screenshots included above). I don't have much to say about the paragraphs as they were ok, they were lacking some content that could have been elaborated on further. The time to contribute is nice, however it isn't enough to look past your recent activity on the server. Overall, I cannot give you a positive rating due to these reasons. It allows players to verify that the information in your application is correct by referencing it with the Server and the Bans Database. @Baiter, @MunchieZ@Haze4269@KoSS_Jesus all informed you about it, and you still haven't fixed it. You said that you had a referral but you couldn't even try to find out who it was. In your paragraphs you say What have you changed? What did you do in the past? We don't know you. How do you want to make Garnet a better place? All of these things could have been used to fill in the lack of paragraphs. You also write about solving people's problems, What problems are you trying to solve? How would you solve them? As for the bans, the last ban was almost a year ago and most of them are for MassRDM (screenshot included above), so it's not as bad as others but still relevant. Overall it seems that you did not put much effort behind your application. It seems that others think the same. I would attempt to fix your paragraphs and read the staff rules as well. First, The playtime paired with your prior history on the server; clearly you only played for the minimum amount of time required to apply and you've had a forum account since 2021 with only one post - being this one. With the number of prior bans and how recent they were, it seems you haven't spent much time in the community to make the improvements you claim to (at least in my opinion). The lack of experience doesn't really matter to me but I can't take anything you say seriously when your paragraphs are clearly AI-generated. Anyone can see they weren't typed by a real person but for good measure, I used a few different sites to show they were over 70% AI-generated. The time you said you could contribute furthers my point about how little time you have spent on the server. Most players wouldn't say they could contribute 12+ hours if they didn't already have a large amount of time played. Alongside these reasons is this clip from @MunchieZ which seems to coincide with my consensus. I cannot give you my +1 because of these reasons, it seems that you are a troll and clearly do not believe anything that the AI wrote for you. Thank you for applying and good luck. +1 It doesn't make sense to have an NLR zones in adminland, there is no RP happening there. I 100% agree with you on this one and it would lead to more events being held in adminland now that we have portals back.

Perfectly reasonable but how long would you hold prior bans over someone? The last ban occurred in 2023 which was more than a year ago. I am not disputing your -1, but I'd like to hear your opinion on the matter.

I think you should add more paragraphs to your application being that there's only 1 and a half at most and it requires 2 in addition to some details. Age is a decent reason and I agree that wisdom comes with age but why do you think we should consider you over other applicants? Currently, I position myself as neutral but if others have any experiences to speak of or community engagement I'd be willing to agree with their reply. I have been waiting a few days to see if you could fix it, but it seems you did not make all the necessary changes. I gave two -'s for the paragraphs because of the lack of any paragraphs and this response: What do you think you would be good at? What good things would you do? I would break these down into What you would do, How you would accomplish it, Who in the community would it benefit, and When have you done other actions that have helped the server or fall under similar categories? All of these are great points that would make me believe that you would "do a lot of good things". I would learn what you can and re-apply. The "Time to contribute" follows the same path, it's not specific, and "5 hours" doesn't mean anything if you don't list a time unit next to it. What makes me believe that? What do you do to control your anger? How do you solve the situation accordingly? Saying things is different than doing them. I struggled with this exact issue in the past because I did not explain my actions and I missed out on a ton of opportunities because of my poor explanations. I still think you have good characteristics and past experience from other games as you stated so I'm willing to see what you can you as long as others can agree. I would have liked to see more content in the paragraphs as they seem a little bland when you state you know the rules. When you write about personal real-life experience and how you can use it as staff, it speaks volumes greater than any acknowledgment of server rules no matter how formally you type it. Regardless, I'll give you my +1 to see what you can do! I can't speak much on community engagement other than I've seen you a few times in-game but I can't remember any notable experiences. I'd like to know what triggered you to act in such a way that it caused you to respond in this aggressive manner.
