Denied You admitted to using the Adv. Dupe tool to spawn a No-Collide prop in front of your entrance, which is considered exploiting and technically should have been a 1 week ban, you got off lightly. @stretchy@ChrisRidplease lock and move.

Just want to say, just tonight I've doubled the amount of appeals made on me since becoming staff. Kind of insane. Anyway. You and street jesus were rdming eachother right outside of spawn, you shooting him first a couple times, him shooting you first a couple times. This sit took me about 10-20 minutes to complete because I had to look between the damage logs, and kill logs very carefully and check all the times associated with the kills. I'll try to explain here what times to look for. Short clip of the interaction in the sit, them both admitting this all happened on the side of the street, outside of a building right outside of spawn. You shot him first, he climb swepped away and then headshot you from a distance. (ARDM, 7:14:59 in damage logs), You then came right back and attempted to kill him again, succeeding and killing him. (RDM, 7:15:47 in kill logs) street jesus then comes out of spawn, and shoots you, then his buddy finished you off. (He ARDM, 7:16:09 in damage logs.) After that you come out of spawn, and kill him again. (7:16:30 in kill & damage logs.) He kills you two more times without you doing any damage to him (RDMx2 7:16:43, and 7:17:12) Then you attempt to kill him one last time, but he kills you. (ARDM, 7:17:23). This is why I banned you both for NITRP, you attempted to RDM him twice, and RDMed him twice. He RDMed you twice, and attempted to RDM you once.

This is all the evidence I have, someone else will have to handle it from here.

It is true that no one else had reported you, but you threw nerve gas right outside of spawn multiple times, damaging anyone that would walk out of spawn into it. I asked why you were doing that and your response was "I'm Donquavious". I let it go considering no one reported you for it, until Hama did and I took action. Neutral, maturity is a huge part of being staff and I just don't know you well enough yet. The warns are also a little iffy.

-1 If the server is full, maybe require whoever has alts on to disconnect them? As for it being unfair, literally anyone can do it, just have to put the money into getting them, and the time in grinding the printers.

-1 Yeah you've been active the past week or so, and you seem like a cool guy, but that's about as long as you've been on the server, a week or two maybe. I don't feel that's enough time to fully know the rules or the community in general. With some time though I feel you'd make a good staff member, and you have a pretty good application.

+1 Your previous applications I wasn't too sure, but I've seen a big change since you actually started playing and enjoying the server again, I've seen you helping new players out, teaching them how to build, and just all around being positive. Everyone makes mistakes and I think you've learned from yours, not only that you did a good job when you were staff.

It's not really my thing. I will say though, it's been awesome watching you go from people doubting you, never giving up, finally getting accepted and doing a hell of a job as staff. Sucks to see you go because you worked hard to get here, but I'm sure I'll see you around man. Maybe one day

Hey Dad, appreciate you taking the time to make an appeal! So, there was a report on you for RDM x3, and NLR. I took the report. I checked the logs and seen Demarcus Cousins II killed you. About 30 seconds later, you came back and killed him with a stun-stick, and shot Demarcus Cousins III to death (2 different people). With the first one, you said it was an accident and you didn't know the stun stick did damage. Fair enough, the second kill you said you thought they were the same guy, which I could understand because they have the same exact name except for one letter, but you killed them right after the other, and were messing with them for most of the night. When asked about the NLR, you said that they killed you in a different place, and I had no way to disprove that so I was waiting on them to get me the clip. In total it would've added up to 2 RDM's, and NLR if the clip proved you broke NLR which would be a NITRP ban for 4 days. I told you I was waiting for the clip from them to go further with the sit, and you ended up saying I gtg now, and leaving about 1-2 minutes later. They ended up not having the clip, and I banned for RDM + LTAP because you left while I was waiting for the proper evidence. For some reason, those 2 screenshots are the only ones I have of our encounter, which doesn't make sense because I always at least screenshot the logs when I make a ban. That is my fault I couldn't provide more though, I apologize for that. You admitted to the RDM though, and to leaving, but I can understand you might have had something you needed to do. I just gave you a heads up that I was waiting on further evidence and not to leave.
