A forest could be fun and even foster more ways to grind experience if (let's say) a Lumberjack class was added. Potentially you could put the entrance by the train in Suburbs and maybe even a couple log cabins to base in Wouldn't be in an intrusive spot and would be a sweet discovery for newcomers who have never heard about it.

I think advanced duplicator 2 is fine as a tool exclusively for VIPs. While it is beneficial for Users, there are tools that Users can access which are typically locked behind VIP on other servers (such as Stacker and Precision) that make base building much less tedious than it otherwise would be. Not to mention that VIP is entirely obtainable without spending any real money so the perks(AdvDupe2 in this case) are not paywalled. Furthermore, I don't think this change would bring in a substantial amount of newcomers either. This is because advanced dupe is a tool that is regularly locked behind VIP which, as a role, can be perceived as a symbol of loyalty and dedication. Most people who have/have accessed the tool before come from servers that have their own set of prop limits and base rules which could prevent them from using their dupes on this or other servers. For these reasons, I have to say... -1 P.s: I have to build a new base almost every time I play, and have only used AdvDupe maybe twice since I got VIP. It's not so bad!
