Though I lifted the Community-Wide part of your ban (with the stipulations we discussed), you should still do your best to detail why you should be unbanned from DarkRP.

Merged the suggestions as they pertain to the same topic or have very similar elements.

I was lurking on DarkRP helping with a few sits this morning/evening, whilst on I took some time to observe you. In a short period I can definitely backup what the others have said, you're definitely worth of a shot. +1 Good Luck!

Forums Update [12/26/2023] A small little post-Christmas update whilst I de-holiday the forums! New User Groups! Renamed "Banned" to "Account Terminated" to be inclusive of any account that can no longer access our forums. Spammers, Duplicate Accounts, and Banned Players. Forums Moderators will be able to reference the Members Notes or Warnings to verify which type of termination has occurred. Created a user-group for anyone who requests a PII Deletion Request, Account Deactivation Request, or otherwise wants to close their account. In compliance with GPDR, CCPA and other similar statutes all data is erased. The screen name will remain active with anonymized data and be put into this group, to prevent users who complete an erasure request cannot re-register. Restricted Member group has been added to aide our Forums Staff in needing to continually hide members posts from being a repeat offender, even after the initial post-approval when registering. Users who are restricted may not change their screen name as frequently, always subject to post/content approval, and are ineligible for user-group promotions (Trusted/Veteran Member), etc. Extra Duplicate Account Detection Added 3 more layers to detect duplicate accounts, as well as additional methods for flagging them. Flagged accounts will be automatically moved to the new Restricted Member group! Additional Logging Additional logging has been added to sync with Discord for ease of access! (User birthdays, Support Ticket Replies, etc) Christmas Content Packed away the Christmas content for next year! Although by popular request, I may introduce the lights at the top of the forums for other holidays, just recolored!

I- It's been a pleasure working with you over this near year, truly we hit a stride - and I'm forever grateful to have had the opportunity to comeback and assist, and now do the same thing at a whole new level, this time whilst you're away at college, and part-time. I always find it funny when during development we both scream at each other, but I'd like to think its the compassion we share for the community. This will probably be one of the best Christmas gifts I'll get this year, surrounded by amazing teams across the servers, both In-Character and Administration wise. I hope you have all have a very Merry Christmas

DENIED After careful review of your appeal and the events pertaining/leading up to your ban. We regretfully inform you that your request for an appeal of your ban has been denied at this time. This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons: Hardware ID and IP Address track back to two other users (Member #25433 "playboimehdi" & Member 26514 "uziii"), one of which is banned. I will also be deferring this to the DarkRP Administration Team for further recourse regarding this information. Thank you for attempting an appeal, as well as the effort you have put into your appeal.

First, Wrong. Second, this is the laziest appeal I've seen in a good while, and I read some of the DarkRP ones. I know we have canned responses for appeals now, but damn - I wouldn't even take the effort to do that for the minimal bare bones effort you gave.

I told him to do so. And that channel specifically says: "The ticket system is for general discord support or basic gmod help. To report a player, report a staff member, appeal a ban, or help with donations please continue to use the forums."

Every time I pop on DarkRP you are always kind and respectful. When someone asks a question in OOC, there are a short list of non-staff who try to assist, you are one of those names on that list. You have good referrals, but feel free to toss my name up there also. +1

Can you please not copy and paste the exact same messages on different staff applications. You can state how you feel but telling someone to go fuck themselves on an application is NOT acceptable, regardless of how you feel. Warning issued.

No, I just told you if you have evidence you can request the ban. If you'd like to revoke the ban as the banning staff member, state so here and a DarkRP Administrator can accept this.
