Exactly right! With spelunkin' and meditating anyone can get back to demi-god level! Saber Damage and Force Regen is probably the most obvious place where most of the buffs were given. Most of the thought went into fixing the jump from 100 force as a Padawan to literally 10x as much as a Knight (1000), with nothing really left to offer after that.
