(include any proof): So, When I stopped playing garnet for a bit I took a break from gmod as a whole. I came back to the MRP server for a solid 10 minutes and decided to minge. Yes I am aware minging is dumb as fuck and trust me I wish people didn't do it either. But I received a week ban for NITRP. From there I texted Jim on snapchat due to my ban being updated to permanent. I didn't get a proper response besides Jim saying "Mad cuz bad" when I had asked so I wasn't going to get an answer. I then made an appeal to further more get an understanding on why I was permanently banned. Which was then declined. I am going to leave a disclaimer here because I wanted to give more insight on why my ban was made permanent. So, When I was given the oppertunity to leave vega under viva for a position as the 104th Commander I instantly took it, The main reason for this was because I wanted to help the server as much as I could. I managed to get a handful of players from MRP to come over with me and assist me with my battalion. Proof of being Commander Wolffe: After being in the commander position for well over two weeks I decided to apply for the staff team. From here, I took as many oppertunites that I could with helping the server. Exactly one week after my application was accepted, The panini situation happened and if you are unaware of how I was involved then I will fill you in. So, I was in C.H.I.E.F back in early 2020 ish and we we're all pretty close friends at the time. This group of friends was lead by Panini. One day, Grace came into the discord with proper evidence of Panini asking an underage girl for nudity. I was disgusted by the fact of it and overall just in shock that is truly was real. I was on the fence about it because I haven't spoke to panini that well which I then responded in a way that I shouldn't have. I snapped at Grace telling her that I was disgusted by her using a discord to expose someone for something like this. Grace if you end up coming across this I apologize for the immaturity. I appreciate what you did and the courage it took to come out with this information. Unfortunately, This severely hindered my reputation within GarnetGaming for a long time. I fought it though and continued for a small amount of time. I received a text from Harris after not talking to him for a year of him asking me to stop by the server he played on. I agreed and got on. Shortly after playing I went AFK to come back to see that Jackal had came onto the server looking for me. Now, I was quite pissed off about this as it felt as if I was being chained down into a position that I should not have been in. After a few days of being on the server I decided to depart from the server and community as a whole. Now, I heavily regret this mainly because I am constantly told that I was the main reason SWRP had fallen. I feel on the fence about this. When it comes to terms of people in 104th leaving after I did, I had no influence on them leaving whatsoever. They did that on their own accord and I will stick to that statement because it is true. Now, I know appeals are not meant for apologize but I feel as if I should go all out here because this is my last shot to come back. When I played MRP for 3 years on this server and put countless hours and dollars into it. Metting amazing people like Prince, Gamma, Viva, Jim, Coyote, Gotham, Jin, CJ and a shit ton of other people. I feel as if I broke trust with alot of people. From having to wipe my own branch to leaving the community, Causing a server that I swore to assist. It is heavily understandable why I was permanently banned. As stated, I know appeals are nowhere for apologies but I wanted to reach out to some people to hopefully heal some bloody wounds I left unhealed. @Phantom I understand the choices you had to make to give me an opportunity within the SWRP server. You did great things and overall made the server quite enjoyable for the short time I was there. I do wish that I could go back and change alot of shit I did to clear burden but I hope you understand I meant no harm with my actions. I still have so much love for this community and the people in it. I hope you understand. Why should your ban be removed?: Overall, I feel as if my ban should be lifted because I can bring quite alot to the table as it stands right now. I have alot of RP experience from spending time with people who have more experience than I do. Ideas and certain ways of doing things and I want to share them here because I want to make the server so much better for people. I spent so much time here and I want people to have the same amount of fun that I did. I want to work with people within the community that may not have a grasp on what militaryRP is about and show them the ropes so they understand what they are doing and don't end up leaving within a day or two. I know that I can do alot for the community right now and all I ask for is one shot, the opportunity, the last chance to change myself and better the server as a whole. If I am allowed to come back I will constantly be talking with people about certain things they feel would help and turn that into thought out and long suggestions about things that could be fixed for the server. Although Topshot has been permad twice for hacking and toxicity, You have been put into a really good spot as GA which personally I have only heard good things about you since you have fully returned. I'm glad to see that you have came back swinging with this topshot, I really am. I definitely feel as if you could make a great impact within the team (granted im permad so I can't see you in action any longer :,( ) I cannot wait to hopfully check in later on and see you continue to do well within the community. This method should only be used if you are banning someone for mass. Regardless of the degree of rules that were broken, he should have been taken to a sit either way. What I did was wrong and there is no other way around it. After getting in the GG teamspeak to say hello, I was informed that I was perma banned. I didnt really care. Just wanted to know why, I checked the server to see that I was banned for a year. Why should your ban be removed?: For my "appeal" I more or less want to fully get a grasp of why my ban was updated to a year. When I was on my final steps on the server back in Vega, Viva made it a rule to abide by that if you are going to be toxic then to it in teamspeak. Which I followed until the day I left. I can understand that in a certain aspect on the forums in my words towards garnet but that was meant in constructive criticism. Now, I honestly do not care if I get my ban changed or not. I just want to be able to know more about my toxicity ban. What does not make sense to me is why a year? Why was my ban updated to a year when others have done things on a toxicity scale that could seem to deem worse then a majority of the things I will admit to doing in the past. It does not make sense that there is nothing that was provided to show towards a toxicity ban but yet when the whole server sees an entire faction change their name to a variation of mine, proceed to talk shit about me then come to RU base to tell me my reserves are gone. They receive nothing. No repercussions. Nothing. If my ban stays. That's fine, if it gets appeals, dope. I just want to understand why. If I have ever been toxic to you, please dm me. Even though i am banned for a year I still want to share my ideas for events because I feel as if there are people in the GM spots i think that would love to utilize my ideas for events. EVENT 1: The first event would be based around a chemical warfare. This would start by the Russian side obtaining shipments of certain chemicals via vehicles granted by staff depending on the map. This can occur on any objective due to the open player pop. The U.S would have to make an attempt to intercept the cargo depot so that way the RU would not be able to further obtain the chemical weaponry supply. If the RU gets the supplies to the RU base then the U.S players would then make an attempt at an extended raid to try and defuse and contain the chemical weapons so they could not be used by the Russian side. If the U.S fails to defuse the explosives then the RU side would be capable of using said chemical explosives on a certain objective on the map. Whichever objective they choose, that objective would be disabled and not be able to use for an X amount of time. This event loop would occur once a month. EVENT 2: due to USSOCOM and RUSOCOM being established it would allow certain factions to make attempts at sneaking into the opposite sides base and obtain information about the opposing faction. This would be useful due to the fact that since we have switched maps, the two sides would be new to the environment and new to the enemies they would be facing. This would allow further development into a set story line that could branch out into other event ideas. As of P.D.S.S's old operation Athens. To addon to the event, Let's say U.S gains information about SSO. SSO or another SOC faction on RU could then raid U.S with the intent of trying to find the information that they found via rolling once they search buildings. Adding more RP within raids. EVENT 3: Cilvilian extraction: During war, the U.S would setup around a certain objective and in RP manner, extract civilians while RU tries to clear out the said objective. If the U.S players get cleared out then RU would then win that RP scenario. This could branch out to other extractions such as gathering supplies, extracting high individuals or other things based on what the player base is feeling. Just some random thoughts I had. Feel free to add on to my ideas as they are quite dull. This is meant for the community to shed light on certain ideas they had on what certain events they could try doing. If you recieve backlash of someone saying some dumb shit like "OmG tHE SerVER Is SoO ShiTTy MaN!!!!" Then just fucking ban them or warn them. There's no reason on why you should be letting any sort of backlash affecting you as a server owner. If you do, then shit will crumble and nobody will have any sort of respect for you. I thought you stated a while ago while I was in vega that you wanted to make the server more cqc, sharing many similarities as insurgency? Although, I do feel as if A bigger map with more OBJ's that can be constantly capped would be a good idea for the server algorithm. Or down the line you could make certain gamemodes that don't have to made by staff member. They could be in charge making sure everything is in check while officers do certain missions while creating a rp story line. I hope you aren't blaming your staff on this. @JimTrash has been grinding his fucking ass off as manager to make sure shit is stable within the server while you are almost never on. IMO I have seen little appearances from you on the militaryRP servers. Really the only time I have seen you on MRP or making interactions with MRP would be when the server would be hitting a downfall. You wanna bring up close communication? There you go. The fact that you have that mindset about MRP and it's player base is mind boggling. This is the community that YOU MADE. the servers YOU MADE. If you cared about your servers you should be constantly having interactions with the player base in game. Not just on forums. You have the competent staff members (IMO the best staff members rn are @0zzy @JimTrash @Gythem and @Naitsir). @Garnet , I love this server, It's been my home for years and the people in the community have helped me in some of the darkest depth in the past and I don't want that to end anytime soon. You just need to know that the staff team can't fix the servers on their own. If you aren't constantly making positive changes when player base if up and or down. Then the server, the community and the family you created will fall. Nobody, Nobody that plays currently wants to see that. Because of the friendships they built, the money and time they spent to be where they are now and overall the old home feeling that we all felt at one point or another on this server. Please Garnet, We need you as much as you need us. Make the changes. This is our last shot.

Mainly speaking for MRP: One thing that I noticed that changed mrp and not for the better was the constant changes in the rules. Back when you used to be able to crouch spam, it made pvp challenging for other players. They had to actually adapt and learn how to the server played and it added that extra commitment to really improve yourself as a pvp main within the server. As of late, most of crouch jumping is extinct due to the constant change within the rules making it so you can only crouch jump over obstacles. What if someone has their crouch button as their C key? I feel as if the staff team constantly trying to change things because players dont want to spend the time to learn certain aspects of the server is part of the reason it's slowly bleeding out today. The second thing I would like to add was the removal of marines. Although some may say marines and army being seperated was a bad thing and caused a massive divide between the two. It was something you could hop on for and make attempts at besting the other faction in regards to pvp, match time, oc time and other sorts of aspects like that. You dont find that anymore. US is almost filled with players that are playing US to balance out the server. A mass majority of players that now play US have been RU mains in the past and want to go back to RU. It's just because of how dead US is and how incompetent the leaders are (not all but you know who you are) it just makes it so demotivating to just get on and play. The third thing that imo is killing the server would be the dono's and the dono meta's. ill say this for the players who either dont want to throw money at a garry's mod server and the players who cant afford to buy things from the store. I feel as if within the server based classes, There isnt much diversity when it comes to the certain weapons that are given to the players that grind their asses off to get into a certain faction that upholds a high standard. For starters, allow me to use rangers as an example. When I joined almost two weeks ago, I was excited to use ghost because of the sniper. That was it, I saw the rifleman weapon and said "wow, this is literally the same weapon that army gets" And sat there for a second and was quite upset to see that one of the best factions on the US sides to have a copy and pasted weapon from army. From my eyes, I feel as if there was little commitment to make the certain factions unique besides their counter parts that live on the other side of the war. This showed me that there was little care of the factions when they we're created because of the weapon choices. Now, some of the weapons are good when they come with as of an example: PDSS and Vega arguably have the best base weapons garnet has to offer. Now, I can't speak for the vega PKM which gamma has come to suggest a change due to the inconstistancy the weapon provides. This was quickly shut down and it was a real eyebrow raiser. What doesnt make sense to me is that someone could grind for weeks to get into a SOC factions, use the base weapon that they use and always be at a disadvantage to someone using donation weapons. When it comes to the dono weapons, let's be real here.. There are mainly 3-5 weapons that are mainly used within MRP. Them being the Orsis, The AEK, both mp5a5 and the mp5a4 and sometimes the super 90. These weapons get used so often that the other weapons that could be used are left behind and never get the chance to really shine. Now, this may not be true as a whole due to alot of players going out and using other weapons in the shop but mainly speaking if you ask someone what the best weapons on the server are, you are either going to be told the AK-105, the AS VAL and the 5 donation weapons I listed. This is sad because players that play on a daily basis deserve the chance to have a fair chance to fight against the other players that have bought donation weapons and still feel the cripple of not throwing money at a gmod server. Cont of donations: So, when it comes to donations, you can pay 25$ to get T1, Understandable. But, what doesnt make sense to me is that, when you buy T1, you have to pay 50 dollars to get T2.. Even after you bought T1. That just makes zero sense, in that matter it makes it seem as a massive cash grab which sucks to see. Along with that, Some of the weapons given to the donation classes arent even that good. I was hyped to see more donation classes because I thought garnet would have reached into the bag of CW and other weapon packs and utilized the variety that there is to offer. But I was wrong. That fucking sucks. It really hurts to see that players have to pay a certain amount of money to use a class that has weapons that you can earn. Donation classes are meant to be unique and it all just seems stale. I used to love the server but after what the server has come to, the players that are constantly stabbing at each others necks and just the overall downbeat vibe and repetitive hour clock. It just aint fun no more...

So, Normally I wouldn't post my opinion on certain staff apps for people that I have not had much interaction with. But, For the most part with the interactions that I have had with you they have been nothing but positive. You are a great person and a great leader in my eyes. I have seen you train relentlessly when you need to without asking to do so and you take most leadership actions when you seem to need to take it. This is something that I always show gratitude for. Along with this, there is really nothing that sticks out with your app which is upsetting because I really thought if you we're making an app you would take what you got from previous apps and add that onto this one but I was wrong. Sorry mate, I just don't think you are the type of person that should be apart of the staff team.
