+1 nice guy, have known him for a decently long time and he seems like a pretty respectable person. He also have integrity in the things he does.

I believe there should be a limit on forum accounts due to a recent event where a person created a ton of alt accounts to minus rep somebody and to plus rep themselves. Allowing them to do this is bad for the forums in the long run as more people pick up on the idea and put it in to use. To combat this they should enlist somebody with the job of watching any suspicious activity. An example is if some one where to have a really negative rep and to get rid of it gave themselves a ton of positive rep. If someone were to be caught I suggest they should either have their right to react removed or account banned.
