The decision to remove your warn and accept your appeal is due, but not limited to, the following: I want to start by apologizing that the rule is implemented but not yet stated on the Darkrp Server Rules. I will be talking to the proper people to get that added so there is no confusion in the future. But as far as the future goes you may not use nerve gas to defend a raid or counter any illegal activities. I'll also be talking to the staff team to make sure that when a situation occurs, they explain the rule so both parties get a better understanding. Your warn will be removed as soon as possible. +1 As a reformed minge myself I respect the fact you are turning your act around. The things you are doing show alot of maturity leaving clans and apologizing for your actions. Everyone has minged at one point in time. I believe everyone deserves a second chance. the windshield is bigger then the rear veiw for a reason let the past go and focus on the future it's made you who you are!

+1 activity in game is strong, you seem mature from the encounters I've had with you. Solid paragraphs.

-1 for me it's not that hard to press the no square when it pops up and how often is there a mayor on to make this worth it anyways. it would be a waste of time and effort to put this in.

-1 You are technically supposed to announce that in 30 seconds a lockdown will start with a solid reason to warrant one, so players know there is a lockdown. This would be a waste of an add-on and keeps it away from being vanilla like Garnet stated. found the rule: Lockdowns can last up to 5 minutes maximum with a 5-minute cooldown. You must give a valid reason for a lockdown such as (Mass lawbreaking, PD Raid, Assassination attempt etc.) The mayor must broadcast a warning 30 seconds before lockdown begins.

I will be talking with gabbox about how to better handle situations like this in the future. There is a lack of substantial evidence from both sides to make me approve that your ban remains active. Just a heads up aswell you should be careful what you put in your textscreens as there are rules in the Darkrp server rules stating what is acceptable and what is unacceptable. -1 paragraphs need to be longer I recommend grammarly when you redo it, you have low playtime hours, did not read the rules, and you were warned for diss in sit which scares me because dissing players as a staff member is unacceptable. no offense but are you even active I do not see you in game.

Playtime too low, didn't read the rules, plus you were assist raiding as a meth manufacturer! Interrupted a sit multiple time after being told to walk away. I jailed you for rdm, you admitted to only farming printers and meth not knowing the rules. Get to know the community more, get the playtime up, read the rules. And you will be better off applying for staff

open-minded about giving you a plus one. really friendly in game which is a good attribute to have when apply for staff. But where it says why should we pick you over other applicants minimum of 2 paragraphs it looks like one long paragraph. please go back and make it 2 and I will change it to a plus one. Also, your playtime is low in my opinion could be because I have some much lol, but that will be beefed up down the line so no worries with that I see you on enough to be active.
