I can combat this statement by putting out there that it would indeed be a Prestige class, and would only make sense to make it x/1 like Alyx, Trevor, etc. So annoyance factor would be absolute minimum

Kill the mayor after they've been on the job for 5 minutes and receive bonus XP and cash. Your base will always be subject to search if found by police, so stay hidden if you want a place to call home. On the street, cops will see you from a mile away and will be given a reward if they catch you. Alyx is tasked to assist you at all times when in town. In addition, add rule changes as follows; Alyx (new section) You may mug and raid. You must follow the orders of, and base with Gordon Freeman. If there is no Gordon Freeman currently on, you can base elsewhere. You may counter illegal activities. Civil Protection - Police Warden, Police Officer, Police Chief, Spartan, Terminator, SWAT Team, Spiderman, Adept Officer, Police Exterminator, Police Assault You may not base, own doors, or build, not even in the PD. (The Mayor may fortify the PD) You may not use third person perspective to gain information that isn't normally available in first person, (i.e. abusing third person to view raidables through walls.) You may not perform illegal actions. You may not randomly want or warrant. You may not Stun Stick Abuse (SSA). You may not unarrest without permission from the Mayor or Warden. If there is no Mayor or Warden, you may unarrest, but you must have a reason. You may not want/warrant someone for having a gun out in their own base. You may not kill arrested players unless they are out of their jail cell. You may not use your battering ram to access areas that are prohibited (i.e. Mayors office,) You may counter without adverting. You may only warrant if you SEE raidables, you may not warrant based off of sound or assumption. You may warrant any door owned by Gordon Freeman You may only arrest Gordon Freeman out of spawn tunnels, if they are not based in that area. If Gordon Freeman is seen inside a base, you may warrant it, but only if sight is maintained. You must enforce the laws of the city. Civil Protection may break NLR when the PD is being raided, strictly in order to protect the PD. Only the Mayor can create the KOS sign for the PD, if there is no mayor, then the Police Chief, if there is no Police Chief or Mayor, you may not have a KOS sign. All Civil Protection requesting a warrant could be held liable for a false warrant if proof is not shown when asked. Gordon Freeman - You may mug and raid. You may own a base and printers. You may counter illegal activities. You are always wanted/warranted. If your name is on a door, it can be warranted by the Police Department.

Raiders can leave the base to transfer printers, then come back to get the rest. If the party who got raided has reentered the base or interferes with the raid at all, they can be warned. If I hadn't explained it well enough before here you go. This is not how we should be looking at things lmfao, rules are for new and old players. It needs to be clear and concise, and it is currently contradictory.

Description: Change the wording in the rules concerning NLR Reasoning: The rules currently state: If you die defending a base during a raid you may not return to the base until the raiding party has left the base. When in reality, the rule is enforced when a player returns before the Raid has been adverted as over. I can see how a lot of new players might get confused and actually get an undue warning. Worth looking into.

Description: Either make taxes work as intended or temporarily remove the ability to change taxes and individually tax players as the system is currently bugged. Reasoning: As these currently stand, even if a player decides to pay their tax bill should they receive one, they will still be warranted at the end of the timer to pay, and no money will be drawn from the account or put into the taxes bank in PD. There is also no money put into said bank when taxes should affect income, sales, and lottery. And none of the values are changed for those activities even when set and publicly broadcast to the server. Additional Information: I can gather hard evidence if needed but I'm sure people have noticed by now that the system currently only serves for an opening for malicious actors, and to provide an unfair advantage to PD against unsuspecting players.

Description: Allow Custom Classes to Raid the Bank Reasoning: They are a raiding class, and all other raiding classes can raid the bank. Additional Information: This was denied but for the sole basis that CCs would have to be added manually to make the change. Look at that! They're being added manually! Unless this was indeed incorrect and it still is impossible or too burdensome to be worth it to implement, I believe this would be the perfect opportunity to take care of this. (Of course, just another step in Garnet's Grand Journey to Fix Custom Classes™)

Description: Add an Alert for Players when their High-Tier Printer has been claimed Reasoning: As it currently stands, anyone can just get in a base, claim the printers, move them out and the player has no way of knowing until they get back, and even then, they have NO IDEA who has their printers. This can be harmful for new players, and I think since there is already a message when they are withdrawn from, this only makes sense to implement. Thank you for reading!

I started to type something disagreeing with this, but then got the idea that someone could just change their timezone, wait for the game to register, then immediately have "proof" for punishment of whatever they'd want, (providing logs/overlapping evidence from reportee/staff are not available). Definitely need a central zone of time for this.

-1 there are already 2 too many physics objects on the map that end up being confiscated and hidden every restart. adding infinity to that would be a nightmare obligatory shitpost reaction for posting about shit. literally. .... that's a good idea

+1 They had this on a community that I played on in 2014, it was always a blast seeing the changes every week and every once in a while being at the top of almost every leader board even if you don't play often. Sure there will be drama, like almost every other aspect of the game, someone will get mad and show it verbally or through their actions. Get over it.

This was stupid and not behavior that I have since repeated. I was just coming back to DarkRP when all this occurred so some of the visual queues took some time to come back as well. In this situation I thought that I was already wanted, there was a lockdown, and you were going towards Juto, who was raiding, with your arrest baton out. I figured he was wanted too, (which both of our wanted statuses went away maybe a minute before without me noticing). I will agree now that it was RDM, all I had to do was wait two seconds for you to either quickwant Juto or enter the raid area, I shot too early and was punished justly for it.
