Hello, it seems you may have accidentally left out a few key details to the story, allow me to fill in the blanks. My first interaction with you was last evening when I had seen the name "Niger the DJ," Niger is a country and realistically is not a word which carries any derogatory definition. However, it seems that you have some profound interest with anything relative to a certain racial slur, going as far as asking me if you were allowed to make your name rhyme or resemble said slur. The answer to this question of course, was no. You proceeded to change your name to "black", "chorniy," and finally "chimp,"before you were ultimately banned. Your only justification for this is that you were making your name variations of the word black as a reference to your player model's skin tone. That's totally not racist at all, just like calling somebody a chimp is apparently not racist because you did that as well. Womper calling someone a chimp and being disrespectful.jpg You were banned for pressing the boundary of racism a little too hard. Unfortunately for you, you don't have to run around screaming the n word in order to be banned for racism. All it takes is a little childish behavior and some juvenile excuse like "educating people on the country of Niger." This behavior, combined with your several instances of disrespect to staff in reports, your previous history of anti-semitic behavior, and the few other unrelated server rules you broke over the last 48 hours, has resulted in you being banned from the server. As for your baseless allegations of me harassing or targeting you, or for conspiring against you in voice chat with other staff. I don't believe these claims need to be dignified with a response. I think you should give it some more time in the community doing good then reapply. The homophobia isn't a good look, and then trying to deflect saying "You know that can mean cigarette too right?". We know what you meant and how you meant it. -1
