ACCEPTED The clip clearly shows faderet breaking NLR on multiple occasions. As a staff member, he should have known about the NLR rule. This is honestly embarrassing and I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience of that encounter in-game. Faderet will be talked to about this and actions will be taken so this doesn't happen again.

ACCEPTED After dealing with the idiocies of the concerned players and having a look at the clips in depth. We managed to match the ID taken from the video to the ID of Actavis account. He took the time necessary to try and hide his track by changing his steam profile name and picture. And, I should add, to make us believe that ID spoofing was a thing lmao. Also, I feel like you might be a bit confused about the KOS sign rules in PD, so let me brief it real quick: Only the mayor can place down a KOS sign. If there's no mayor, then the Police Chief is allowed to have a sign. Otherwise, no KOS sign can be enforced in the PD. Although It seems you were a bit confused about the KOS in PD rule and that you are fairly new to GG The ban will be reduced to 1 week for Unintentional Mass RDM.

DENIED Alright, so it seems there was a bit of a misunderstanding during the sit. Everyone was talking over each other, no one understood the explanations of no one. Nonetheless, the staff member did proceed in the end with a punishment. His decision regarding the sit is final and he can decide on whatever punishment he sees fit. Nonetheless, I'm sorry if you felt like the decision was unfair, but he proceeded with what evidence he had. Next up, forgetting someone on a roof can sometimes happen due to the tp command fucking up or just some inattention. Hey @StevieT! So I'm the one who actually took care of handling the ban and the situation, so I'm gonna do this according to the rules. To put in context, Gunshark's been complaining about a player harassing him in-game, and so he decided to record the incidents. Here is a compilation of both verbal and in-game harassment (by in-game I mean spamming hits on the same player and paying lower level to rdm, etc ***I also gave a lvl 2 a gun to kill him ) https://streamable.com/5624bs Continuing forward, here's a recording of the hit logs, with the time stamps ***and called maybe 5 hits on him" : https://streamable.com/l02kf2 This went on for a couple of days and you said again yourself ***This only lasted like 3-4 days of me calling him a bitch*** called him a bitch in OOC for a few days. Considering all this I think it's more than long enough to be considered harassment. With this evidence, I felt like it was enough to issue a Harassment/Toxicity ban. Note that I made it 2 months and not a permanent ban.
