Your little buddy, @RealIoms gave you screenshots of the admin chat where staff are supposed to talk to each other and communicate issues to one another of rule breakers, yeah, that's talking behind your back. You are a rule breaker, you are not supposed to see the admin chat at all but @RealIoms gave it to you because he wants to frame snippy just as much as you do.

It is so clearly obvious that @Zach-DLC, @Kicks @RealIoms @rejectedreyna, and @Chase have been relentlessly harassing snippy, as they are the ONLY persons on the forums who are +1ing or making reports against snippy. All are part of the same clique, there is no wrongdoing in any of those screenshots, this is all just a witch hunt orchestrated by these useless wastes of space. @evity @Entity Don't listen to their nonsense, if you wanna know the truth from me, you should ban all of those fools where they stand. but that's a matter for another time.

Let me begin my posting with saying, this entire mess is absolutely undeniably pathetic by every means. *Deep Breath* @rejectedreyna You began your post by saying that you were "having fun as a hobo making ghasts from Minecraft and placing them in the sky not harming anyone." This statement is an admittance of guilt, so any punishment given in the sit is absolutely valid, so no, the warn should not be removed, and the ban not lifted. As is stated in the appeal format, Warn/Ban appeals are no place for apologies, only appeal if you've been unrightfully warned or banned. Now, moving along, you proceeded to mention that the staff member (reporter) asked that you not be verbal warned, and the handling staff member adhered to his request. Although Snippy may be a higher staff member, if he is the reporter in an in-game report, he has no power in how it should be handled, HOWEVER he, as well as any other player in his situation, can make suggestions as to how he would like for you to be punished. You even tried to make such a suggestion when you "politely asked for a verbal warn." The handling staff member, however, is in complete control and has final say in the situation, you have no right nor reason to appeal a warning where you did in fact commit the offense which the warning was issued for. Vergo, the presiding staff member, even stated that "Like I said I didn't think it was too big of deal so I just asked if he would want a verbal or warn not a verbal,warn,jail or warn and jail like I normally do. When I do sits I usually let the reporter decide what the punishment they would like. Plus, you wouldn't have gotten banned if you didn't have so many warns." This shows that he does not favor snippy, as he will usually allow the reporter to decide the punishment, therefore, if the reporter was not snippy, this likely would have turned out the same exact way. Aside from that, this is your THIRTEENTH OR FOURTEENTH Warn, you clearly have no care nor concern for the rules if you have anywhere even close to that amount. You proceed to mention how Snippy allegedly "harasses you" consistently in-game, yet, in my eyes, he is only trying to see to it that you are following the rules, which is arguably his job as a Lead Moderator. You have shown no SUBSTANTIAL proof of you being relentlessly targeted and/or harassed by Snippy, which leads me to believe that you are making it up as a plea for attention, and/or to create a witch hunt targeted at Snippy for offenses, quite frankly, he did not commit. Now, I am going to deal with you fools one by one. There seems to be a lack of evidence to substantiate any such allegations against Snippy...? He didn't do anything wrong? Please hear and understand my logic, and don't become lost in the utter nonsense that these fools are trying to convince you has any solid reason whatsoever. I plead you to please use reason when deciding the outcome of this report, do not convict an innocent person of phantom offenses. That's my opinion.

purdy cool. nice that we dont get minge cops anymore on DRP One issue that has plagued DarkRP for a while is the staff members. They feel that once they are in a specific point of power, they are immune to punishments and feel that the have ultimate authority. Namely ones like Iron and Proggy, who are both willing to break any and all rules they need to in order to get their ways. I feel the staff team should be more strictly regulated, and there should be consequences in place for all actions that are not within those rules, like the old days with Ritesh and them.

Frankly, had you read the rules upon joining you would know this, bud. Minge cop or not, he's still a cop, it's still a search warrant, and you still can't counter it. Said and done. The warn should stay as it was clearly rightful of an offense you did commit.

Hitman are not granted such ability in the MOTD to base, therefore, as such that unwritten rules shall not be enforced, in my opinion he should retain his ban for the mass RDM, as the rules do not clarify the ability of the hitman to base (as they do for every other class with the ability to do the same.) Write the rule, then enforce it. The ban should stay IMO. I know it is unwritten, but even as such, he should have read the rules when he joined enough so that he should know what he is able and not able to do, and he never asked anyone to clarify further, he just automatically assumed he was allowed and did as he pleased. The staff did the right thing in enforcing rules as they are written, and not as you say they should be written. Again, I retain, -1.

The way the job rules are laid out, each class is given a list of permissions of things they are permitted to do, therein, there will not be mention of things they are not permitted to do. Every other class with basing permissions will show this little bullet under their specifications: • You may own a base and printers. You cannot take up more than 3 buildings Mercenary You may be paid by a client to protect them and act as their bodyguard inside and outside their base. You may base with your client. You may participate and assist with raids and mugs with your client. You may counter illegal activities. You stand corrected. The rules give a list of things that a certain class can do, it is automatically implied that any action not listed, is not permitted.

Okay, first things first the fact that you had a base as a hitman, even though you didnt know it was wrong and/or were going to delete it, is still FailRP. They were raiding, what they thought, was a legitimate base, however, your being a hitman made all of your kills failRP, and/or RDM. And by killing all 3 in the course of a few minutes, you secured yourself into a ban for 2 weeks for Mass RDM and/or Mass FailRP. If any pity is taken on you by the higherups, I feel your ban might could be shortened to Mass failrp, or Accidental mass rdm, but the staff's ruling in the situation is without major flaw or error, as you did RDM them because hitmen may ONLY kill their targets, and any other scenario unless they are being directly attacked, is failRP and RDM. -1

+1 Quite frankly, Garnet is the only one who is allowed to make a judgement call on permanent bans linked to the ban wipe, as he stated in his previous posts as of late. When Iron took such a similar situation into his hands, @Garnet said "Really not happy with you for taking this matter into your own hands, I specifically stated: Garnet is the only one who should be allowed to make a call to issue a permaban based off of previous offenses, and MOREOVER, this guy couldnt possibly be a minge army alt or alt at all because of the new system, so he owns garry's mod and has to have an established profile in order to even load in. In the other screenshots you are not on duty and engaging him in an RP situation, wherein he is permitted to disrespect you to his heart's desire. Chat spam was punished already, meaning that contributing that to his NITRP would be double punishment. Chat spam after...in local chat? Uh huh. No. Again I say, +1 for immediate unban.

How many times do you need to be told this, the "NITRP, no intent to roleplay" punishment that we hand out does not mean such in a literal sense. If we banned everyone who did not actually roleplay we would have maybe 2 staff on our staff team and a server full of kids with gun shops. NITRP means breaking 3 rules, which you have failed to produce viable evidence thereof. What he did in your screenshots is minor text minging, which is a one-warn offense. "I told you to CITE where it says it wasn't allowed." First off, YOU are the staff member here, not him. He is not required to clarify the rules to YOU. This is the most utter disgrace to the staff team of this server that I have seen in a very long time, with any luck, this results in your demotion, unfortuantely, I do not believe we will be that lucky. +1, Unban is in order.

What am I reporting you for? did you even read my post? *IN CASE YOU DONT REMEMBER ABUSING* You hit waylon and Me for LTAP bans when we were on the server, and for offenses we didnt even do just because your friend said that we did. THEN after my friend told you you were getting reported, you updated the bans to take the LTAP off. You didnt even attempt to bring us to a sit. Base door is not blocked, was a fading door with a keypad at the end of the wall. Second picture shows a wall in my base with space around each side and nothing in front or behind it (Not sure what it's supposed to be blocking as it is sitting in the middle of the floor along with the rest of my nocollided barricades.

First off, this isn't an appeal. This is a report on you. Second, those screenshots, The first one: Shows my base door??? No advert showing he was raiding? The Second one: A prop in my base? Im allowed to put walls in my base. The Third one: Job change...idk why you posted that. (Also where's the LTAP at?)

Your screenshot- there is no way that was 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM because you banned him at 12:45 for the first time. He could not have reconnected past 1:00 if he was banned at 12. This must be screenshots from a different day or earlier in the day. ADDITIONALLY: This proves NLR....how? You have yet to prove that he NLRed or propblocked. Just that he left and rejoined. At the time of the screenshot his last log was CONNECTED, meaning he was on the server at the time of the screenshot ( They go chronologically from oldest up to the newest. ) The time this thing happened was between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM (MIDNIGHT TO MORNING), Your screenshot has to be either another day or the time period of 11:00 AM-2:00 PM (MORNING TO NOON)
