So without being a meme, in this case you should report/appeal (mostly appeal) as if this is true he will have to provide proof thus if what your saying is true a video will show said behavior or if no proof is shown unbanned you will be.

The enforce/can enforce rule was what i was concerned about as i heard PTS said as i was wondering if this was to be enforced or not and instead of informing me you shrugged me off same as fox which is why i pushed as the matter worried me. understandable. If you died in spawn then you should of SSed it and gave it to the staff member in question as if you show proof and he can't your word cares weight his does not just like in a court of law IRL. -1, Anyone can kill a prone trooper (RU kills me alot when am prone and the other way around) as many can use it to there advantage, also there's this thing called "Prone binding" just bind it/unbind it to diff keys so you know what to press or just don't use it all together as it wouldn't hurt, (my prone key is V) Many SOC/base factions enjoy prone more then you think also your able to get out of the prone glitch you just need to work with it.

However in this case 1MD/11B/MARSOC/GB are out of place being there uniforms are desert camo but works in a Grassland map while given little consealment on a snow map such as this one we are on.

I like both of these, mostly the first one at the top as i feel some (most) of the PMs we have are only good for both a desert or a woodland type theme instead of a snowier theme. I don't know it am the only one but on the map while moving on the snow it seem you slide when coming to a stop I've been noticing this when trying to stop and snipe a RU SSO/GRU sniper.

Then why not level it out? I understand that donators are to be a bit better but its not to ruin the overall experience of the sever which the MP5 did sadly in the months it was active.

That's agreeable as it was used more as a sniper that's full auto and melted thos that got close which for a gun that has small rounds feels off so really i like the idea but if the MP5 is restored we are just going to be back at square one.

Unless something comes up, am very active everyday i also like to talk to people and be social to most people which i believe is a good trait for a staff member that will be dealing with people on a daily basis as a staff member not only that but also having a clear mind in sits that you must show not only care for both sides of a sit but have respect for both sides regardless if the other is a RDM/MRDMer. You have some good points, however this is nothing more then "my opinion" regardless of what you say my views for now are not changed.

-1, adding more is not the best idea as to removing some, this would just mean more nads for RU and US bitching about how they have low amount of nads. Now with the "US having both GB's and SEAL's grenade classes, US has double the amount of grenades available" is that GB and seals are a bit inactive at times (same like MAROC but we on at later in the day) but i agree with you it does seem a bit unfair however adding more nads to the problem would just add to the caner so unless a better solution is presented am keeping a -1 for now.

Understandable, i thought that this was talking about the current aspects and not the new update but more over the new update isn't really soon so i didn't think much of it.

The sniper meta back then was worse due to real WL of snipers, TDM is also still a sniper/marksmen only war as many 2GA/arm/1MD Pvts run out in the open for sniper fire but i do see where you are coming from as to it may make it show up more often if changed. With what Ethan has said, i think your right but i also think its a bit off as the ones doing "streak" are GRU/SSO/Vaga and that 2GA feeds are rare as is. The reason we don't see 2GA feeds is due to mostly the fact that 2GA is a entry faction and those in 2GA getting most feeds are higher "skilled" officers in 2GA and the same can be said for US as well with 1MD/Army. Why not upgrade the 1MD/2GA/11Bs ARs to do more DMG as to give the base factions a bit of an edge? This upgrade may help in a long run as new players mostly pay instead of using skill as some donators are a bit OP far what they truly should be but i think one way to both boost base factions would be upgrading there DMG as they seem to think little of themselves in war as there guns do little to nothing. Ethans points however are very good and am glad they were brought up as any boost to either side should get a boost of there own so we don't become bais or harsh to just one side.
