I somewhat agree with this first part. I myself don't have too much of a problem with the stamina bar but I think it can be improved upon over time. In my opinion the jumping depletion of the bar seems fair but maybe if the depletion of sprinting was slower then I wouldn't have too much of a problem. Also i'm glad vehicles have been added back and hopefully they won't be taken away anytime soon!

Can confirm this as being an ip logger just checked the link on my phone using a vpn and when using the link to youtube it showed grabify.link (website used for ip logging) then right after showing it for a split second on the adress bar it sends you to Never Gonna Give you Up by Rick Astly. I'll make a video and post it to this thread within the next 10 minutes.

Just wanted to make it apparent to everyone reacting to this post that he has been unbanned from MRP. Reason: Lack of Evidence. So this part of Bendak's response shouldn't affect how anyone reacts to this post nor how staff takes his application into consideration whether he is accepted or denied. I mean video can be seen as being normal and as being sus but I can't determine myself. Also the fact that a staff member only used one video of someone flicking back and forth to conclude a hacking ban is just sad. Unless new evidence emerges I think the staff team should relook this ban over and determine if you were really "aimbotting" or not and possibly give you a second chance.

+1 Haven't had much interaction with you but you seem like a reliable leader, dependable upon, and overall just a competent person.

By the time me and mark had our clips finished uploading to show to staff the war had been over for 10 minutes and as you can see in the first clip where he flicks to me that was right when war ended (at the time i was unaware about war ending so that is why i started shooting at him). After we had our clips ready we asked Mark Duglas to pull his steam id because right as war ended he disconnected then he reviewed the clips and after his review he asked other staff members in staff chat to review them. They all gave the response of its fishy and sus but @br0ken- was not going to make the final decision until enough people gave community feedback. That's why I made this post in the first place. So to answer your question no I did not ask staff to spectate him but my plan was to ask staff the next war but he never reconnected for the rest of the time I was on the server.

This is it so far but if I get more I will add them to the post. Same for everyone else if you get a clip please post it here for more evidence to be reviewed

If you pay attention closely to the doorway of the attc building across from where I was (in the second clip) you can see he peeks out of the door way a second or two just before I came out into the open for him to start shooting at me a second after I peeked. On top of that he hit two shots and from what I can tell from my pov they were headshots (we know the second one would've had to been a headshot because of the feed). I'm not saying anyone is wrong I just witnessed and was killed by a fishy player in war so I brought it to staff for them to tell me to make a report on the forums for more community feedback. Which I understand and thats the reason I had used the second clip anyways because it may not be as sus as the first but I wanted to give all the evidence I could. Again thanks to everyone for their feedback I just wanted the opinions of anybody in the community that wanted to respond and I appreciate everyone's input and I'm sure the staff team will take everything into consideration.
