I have been an Administrator on multiple servers, most of them being Roleplay related, not only in Garry's Mod. but in other games like FiveM, GTA SA:MP. In Garry's mod most of my staff experience have been with server on gamemodes like MilitaryRP, DarkRP [ Not a lot ], TTT, and a lot of it in NutScript server, which are mainly SeriousRP servers. The majority of the ranks that i have achieved in communities were all related to Staff Management, as that's the area that i like most about the Administration side of servers, as well as in Roleplay. i always try to achieve a position that allows me to work on management of the staff, players or people in a faction. As of my staff experience specifically i was a Head-Moderator in GarnetGaming, our MilitaryRP server, back in 2017. I resigned in december as i was about to start my senior Year [ Where i live we start school in January, around that time. ] and i had a part time job, all that together just took me to resigning from my faction at the time and from the Administration team. I hav also been a staff in other servers like Moat.gg [TTT], WDGAF [ DarkRP / TTT back in 2014 - 2015 **As a Community Manager**], Figuration Gaming [ SantosRP, MilitaryRP, FiveM as a C.O.O, basically a staff manager] How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] To benefit the server i plan to be active, as i am right now, i have a couple of months before i move countries, and for the meanwhile I will be doing nothing. With my staff experience I feel i can be helpful to the server as all the staff are, just being active, taking sits and watching over the server, as well as i'm online during times where staff are mostly AFK or there are not a lot, around 2 - 3 AM CST. Now a lot of people do say the same thing, about helping with being active, and preventing mass RDMers, etc, etc, And it is what we can do as staff, just being active, and helping out, teaching those new recruits about the rules, and not punishing as soon as they break one little rule like killing an RU when they're near base as some of them just need to be taught what they can and can't do. I have a passion for staffing that personally allows me to just stay on a server and just take sits constantly, help out with reports. But I can't really say more then just promising that as a staff member i'll be active, show that I can help out in anything that is needed from me and being there for the server. This is known mostly for new players who are not willing to Roleplay. Still, breaking multiple rules IS No Intent to RP. And it's such a thing for when people break multiple rules they are classified as " Not having intent to Roleplay" Which it is in the case for you breaking multiple rules `````` Wrong, completely wron. In our little thing called Game, i don't know if you know what it is, it's a place where people have fun and you know, don't get mad because it's a GAME. We have things as Reserves and Active Duty. As far as i know, there are no ranks which contain FORMER. in them, as i have done it, i have put Former 11A GEN Mark. And it has been brought to me, by Ethan, the MANAGER, that it's FailRP, and not allowed. So if you want to fight a Manager on the server rules, and what can and can't be done, then go ahead, good luck.

Petty/Revenge or not, not to fight, it is still a report. And still is allowed, as he did Diss in OOC twice and FailRPd. And both are rules put in place that he has broken.

True, 3 rules broken are a case for a NITRP Ban, if you have been staff or close to someone in the staff team you'd know this. And i'd hope for someone who was even a GA, to know this type of stuff. And you should clearly know that anything that is not a Reserves rank [ 2LtR ] or an Active duty rank, is not Allowed, so your "Tell me where does it say that "Former 11A GA Shrugger" is not allowed, is not useful here.
