I knew those windows would cause a problem. The problem here is that the building you killed Ethan in is a building used for training but that room is the only one where it would make this one way shooting gallery for RU to shoot the US because that specific hasn't been cleared up yet. The counter arguement is if Ethan shot you or anyone while being in the room, he's fair game because you can't shoot recruiters unless they shoot you which should be the same here. Although those windows should get sealed up in reality
