Personally not a fan of the leaderboards. The old one was perfectly fine as it was. I get it's a beta thing, but it didnt feel like a change to it was necessary

I supported the quiz initially but after seeing how it has played out I definitely feel like it needs to be removed. Training not happening is on the leaders and officers of the faction not enforcing how important recruiting is.

Chaharikar is a good map, the town was a really good objective because the cap was large and people contested all the time. Would love for it to return with some edits

Feels like you might be considering you're appealing the warn 2 weeks after you received it which doesnt make sense. Seems like an attempt to hope there isnt any proof to be provided because it happened a while ago

The quiz will definitely be helpful, maybe people will stop calling us the n word because a trainer isnt nearby. Also, I know you think color stuff is dumb but I think it's really cool they're getting a change. Definitely will be nice to see them somewhat match each other now

I dont think that staff member was recommending you to apply, referrals are for if someone specifically says to put their name down to show that they are supporting you on the app itself. From what you wrote they simply were just helping you find the format and area to apply

Well I'm just being honest it really doesn't help your case at all. Posting clips that are recorded from random periods and have no context don't really help decide whether or not you'd be cheating. It's very easy to have of toggled off seeing as it shows you clicking the record button anyways. But yeah I suppose we'll have to see what is shown for evidence.

Your evidence is short 1-2 minute clips of specific moments? How does that at all clear up the possibility that you're not cheating if you give us clips that barely show anything and come from your own perspective?

Both apps for MRP have told you that you lack being known, and that's just in general. When it comes to community, you should branch out from just 2GA. It's weird how people still expect players to main both sides and know everyone but it's definitely important to get some interaction with other RU factions and to participate in their tryouts (even if you fail). Anything to get people to notice you is going to be extremely beneficial when applying for staff, because most likely people will just leave a kind +1. Also forum activity helps out a lot. Build yourself a description and comment on applications, suggestions and other forum things. It's a good way to get people to notice you on the forums too which is even more support.

You're contradicting your own statement to claim bias over a 1 day ban.

You've definitely improved as a person from 2017. Although we briefly talked, it was nice seeing you be pretty mature and relaxed. Glad you didnt hold any grudges against anyone and came back looking for redemption. With what others have said I think you definitely could be fit for staff. Hard to understand a lot of your application because the grammar is all over the place. Also when it asks you how much time you have to contribute it means give an estimate of how many hours a day you think you'll be able to get onto the server for. Paragraphs are generic and bland. Not much detail or good reason for being a staff
