Accepted (Partially) You shouldn't of been banned for a week but regardless you still made a distasteful comment in OOC. It doesn't matter if you yourself are "Gay" the words mean different to other people in the server and we have rules for a reason. Your ban will be updated to a 3 day ban instead of a week as kind of a lesson to not to this again. Staff members don't generally have to follow the Procedure but you are expected to know it since you have 100's of hours on the server. If you are caught using this language again the punishment next time will be more severe. So where to even begin I only reconnected you after you decided to refuse to remove your mega build at the beach, you got reconnected and told why and you started talking shit and placing fences in the tunnel. I then just removed them. You then went on bashing myself and cookies name in OOC multiple times and complaining about other hobos. Cookie Had originally muted your voice and another hobo for micspam which is allowed but you then reported me in game for something I didn't do. After this and getting returned you and 3 other people decided to say lets go build in another tunnel and see if they ban or reconnect us which i followed you and you started placing baby props. You had No Intent to play on the server you just wanted to minge and troll myself after you got reconnected. You ban was for breaking three+ rules and having no reason but to troll and minge on the server. The reasons for your ban litterally all follow under The hobo job rules, you may call me a Nazi Admin for the rules but they are there for a reason. -Blocking off Entire Beach Access -Blocking Tunnel Off -Random Props around map Garbage,baby dolls etc -small Huts 6x6 or smaller -building inside of a tunnel -DissInOOC -FalseReport On Myself -Being A Minge There were 3+ Admins There to witness you doing all of this, GrosCave which is actually in the screenshots, Myself, and Fetn, this was not a random ban These are also not all of the screenshots I have of the situation due to Steam Acting Up, i will try and post them once it becomes avaliable. You were only reconnected once after being told to stop Building and delete your Mega Platform, I had nothing to do with your muted voice in chat. I did happen to call you an autistic child in Voicechat over the fact you kept mentioning my name and bashing it in ooc.

To Summarize my Opinion on you applying for staff again... You were one of the most toxic two faced people on the staff team causing beef and drama within the staff team. You were demoted for a reason and told to wait awhile not just a month or two. You changed your personality to get on Fetn's good side so your staff app didn't get nitpicked and so you could get accepted but shortly after you returned to your old mingy self, even getting warned and almost banned on numerous occasions. You have been caught abusing and helping your "friends" on the server and not even a week ago you messaged Thomas Jefferson complaining and acting like a child over Forum Reputation.... honestly are just a Toxic Person And I wouldn't feel comfortable or trust you enough to be on this team. This is the Biggest -1 I have had to give out. You had your second chance and you failed can't change the opinions of people that were here during the shitty time you were staff. The night you were demoted you also logged onto the server "drunk" Looking for sympathy and proggy told us to look out for you. SO I mean....

+1 honestly hope this gets accepted so you can prove the retards who commented horrible shit and will probably be removed wrong, you fixed your app and enjoy the community and seem to be respectful, sure you might not know everything or have the best grammar but there’s people on the team that will help ya out. -1 generally I don’t post on staff apps but my guy You’ve been console banned twice in the past two weeks, you annoyed the shit out of players on the server and you seemed to be looking for trouble. You didn’t even put effort into the staff app, you didn’t read the staff rules fully and I mean the warns are ridiculous, even fixing your application at this point wouldn’t help until you cleaned up your act and didn’t act toxic.

So coming from someone that got banned for cheating and is now unbanned for 3 years, your gonna need to wait this one out for a wipe, I used cheats for fun and to snipe, you used cheats to get into a tier 1 bc you sucked at 1v1s and you kept using them after you failed. You also using other peoples appeals as evidence to why you should be unbanned is pathetic and shows why you shouldn’t be unbanned. Hell at least try and talk to people in the community before trying to get your ban appealed, there’s literally only 3 people that can actually accept your ban atm anyways and I don’t see them doing it at all. Just because you feel you should return doesn’t mean others feel the same way. It took two years for people to get over me cheating I think you can handle two more years. -1 even though you have just over the minimum, think you need to know the staff team more and interact with the team, the only time I’ve ever seen you on and I know I’m not always on is when fetn banned you, other than that in the past month never seen you.

So to clerify, Cj had his warn removed litterally 2 minutes after he gave me the clip, But you were console banned for making a false report on me for warning your friend and you wouldnt stop yelling. you said you know you can't make reports for your friend which is third party reporting, and Papiraqi warned you for false report. It is not our responsibility for your own actions, We didn't have anything to do with your previous warns, and the stackup of your warns is why you got banned, not us.
