      It all depends on the situation really. Usually, people are unbanned only when their ban happened a considerable amount of time ago, they contributed to the greater good of the community, they have/had a good reputation, and they have good reasons for being unbanned.

      Firstly, ping isn’t a measurement of how fast your internet speed is, it’s how fast information between your computer and the server is transmitted. Second, if you’re using an internet speed test, you might not actually be seeing your real download speed. If you have two internet connections that look like this: “yourinternetname”

      and “yourinternetname-5G”, or something similar, then connect to the 5G one and you will see your actual potential download speed.
